Unhappy with collecting elsewhere…
I know it’s not voetbalshop’s fault but I had requested for collection at a nearby pick up point. DHL said there was no space in my selected pick up point so I had to collect at another location. Paying extra for this service and not honouring is rather annoying.

Integrate other languages too.
We love the app, but it would be very nice if you offer the language change option as well. Atleast English. So it would be convenient for some of us who still learning Dutch.
