Visited the store today in need of a new phone, transfer of data and guidance on transferring a work number, over to a personal one. Dale was excellent. Patient, friendly and professional. I was hugely impressed. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 for customer service!

Absolutely lovely store with a great atmosphere. Rachel looked after my SIM port and she couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. There was a Samsung rep in store that answered all questions and helped me transfer my data.

Excellent customer service
Rachel is what made my experience smooth, seamless, efficient, professional and friendly. What was a stressful arrival in store, turned in to a pleasure when leaving the store.
The Vodafone plans for at home, mobile and mobile broadband services were clearly explained and I availed of all.
