My mother spoke with Clare in Vodafone in the M1 retail park in Drogheda. She was very confused about her phone top up but Clare took her time and explained everything to her and contacted me, her daughter to explain the new plan to me. Clare was so helpful and patient and should be recognised for her excellent customer service
Chris told me if I bring my wife to join me of Vodafone I am going to get a discount on my bill
