Alex at Vodafone Stirling
We had an excellent experience in store with Alex at Vodafone Stirling. He gave us clear and honest advice, he was very friendly and helpful to talk to. He took the time to explain all of our options, and made everything easy to understand. After our chat with him, we decided to switch our mobile data provider from Sky to Vodafone. He was friendly, polite and really helpful and nice to talk to throughout.

Excellent service from Alex at Vodafone Stirling
I visited the Vodafone Stirling store to resolve an issue with a faulty handset, and the service I received from Alex was excellent.
Alex was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable from the moment I arrived. He listened carefully, understood the issue straight away, and clearly explained the process for a like-for-like exchange. He was transparent about what needed to be done and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly.
When I returned to the store, Alex completed the like-for-like exchange efficiently and without any unnecessary complications. The process was smooth, fair, and exactly how a faulty handset replacement should be handled.
Alex was calm, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout. A real credit to the Vodafone Stirling team.
