The Retford shop has a friendly relaxed atmosphere and Julia was more than happy to spend time with me to make sure I purchased the right phone and plan at a price best suited to my needs. Upgrade needed on a Saturday
Went in on a Saturday and although both ladies were with customers they apologised and said that they would be with me as soon as they were able (approx 10 mins)
The assistant was very helpful, understood what I needed and listened to what I didn’t want. Getting an upgrade was simple and the options were explained fully and I was guided to the best option for me
