Popped into the store today for a new phone. was greeted by Ryan the assistant store manager, he was a friendly, welcoming chap. I couldn’t fault a thing he done, he got me a great deal on my new phone and helped me with my other devices from there shop. Massive thumbs up to Ryan and all the staff working the Hartlepool store :)

Entered hartlepool store today with my husband who dropped his phone down the gutter, was able to pop in and upgrade both of our phones by paying a small fee. And was able to have all my data transferred over which was the scariest part for us considering our age.

Excellent Customer Service
Visited branch to fix damaged sim not registering in my Grandad’s phone. Sat down with the loveliest customer service advisor Sophie who immediately took down details very efficiently and made the process as smooth as possible. After a new sim and a better deal paying less a month we are relieved and so happy with the service. Thank you so much Sophie you are a credit to Vodaphone.
