I had an excellent experience at the Vodafone Hanley store. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me rather than just making a sale.
A special thank you to Jess, who was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude really stood out.
It’s rare to receive customer service of this standard these days, and Jess is a real credit to Vodafone. I left feeling confident I’d made the right decision and would happily recommend the Hanley store to anyone looking for honest, helpful advice.
