Bring back human contact
I’ve given two stars because of the frustration I felt when activation day came - when things didn’t work to plan I found it almost impossible to speak to a human in an attempt to resolve my concerns.
Eventually I found an illusive telephone number that enabled me to resolve the issue directly with a human.
Vodafone need to reduce their messaging and useless emails and provide a clear path for customers to resolve issues.
