STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE
I went through Vodafone for a Broadband only connection, I explained to Vodafone that our property had an extension built over the "Internet Duct" (before we bought the property) Vodafone said... NOT a problem as they would inform BT Open Reach of this and they will take care of everything before connecting us. Vodafone gave us a date for "connection" on the day of "Connection" the engineer said "I can't connect you because a ground team has to come first to run the cables" Even though I had told Vodafone of this problem before I placed the order"!! So engineer left (As he was unable/ trained to use a Spade. I connected Vodafone to ask why they had not passed all these details over to BT Open Reach? Only to be told, they would have to wait for a report.......To cut a very long story short! And after many calls being put on hold constantly for 12 minutes at a time!! I eventually told them to cancel my order!! Again this was NOT as straightforward as I thought, constantly being put on hold, passed from department to department (as well as different call centres around India & not being able to understand what was being said to me! I still don't know if Vodafone has cancelled my order because they all tell you something different?!. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT INTERNET FOR VODAFONE, TO THINK AGAIN!!!! They are a nightmare, even worse than Sky and Virgin Media. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Well where do I start this company takes your money and doesn’t provide a service had very poor internet kept telling them but they wasn’t interested to a point had none at all for a year and now putting missed payment on my credit score avoid them when things go wrong they not bothered 😡

The customer service at Vodafone is usually horrible in my experience. Today was an exception, thanks to Jade at Vodafone Derbion in Derby she was very professional polite and helpful.
Managed to sort out complicated issue with my SIM card with a lot of patience.

Really positive experience!!
From the moment we were introduced to our advisor Jade, she put me at ease with her warm & friendly greeting & her wealth of knowledge.
Jade too her time to provide me with options so I could make informed choices as to what handset suited my needs.
Jade took time to explain the plan which includes sim & my device.
Such a refreshing experience all round!
