Kerry (I think) - outstanding customer service
Dealt with Kerry (I think) from the Northwich Branch with regards to a new phone and set up. Her customer service and tech know how was second to none. I was particularly impressed as the person in question handled not only my request but a shop full of people, one of which was quite challenging.
