Lost New SIM Cards
I have contracted two SIM cards to change from O2 to Vodafone. As we moved from London to Brighton, we've lost the SIM cards. I contacted support and, to resolve it faster, I should visit a store and they would be able to copy the SIMs for us on the same day, and do any updates needed. I visit the Vodafone store in Churchill Square in Brighton, and was served by Trey. Trey was very helpful, and very professional. Sorted the SIMS for us, and double check all the details for us. Five stars ✨ service from Trey.

I went to Vodafone store in Brighton Churchill Square and I was served by Rickky (I think that was his name) He was really understanding with my issue I had with my SIM and set everything up really quickly and made a nice conversation out of it. He was really helpful and friendly and explained everything simply so that I could understand overall really good service
