Went to the vodafone Bedford branch to get a new sim only for my business account. Dylan was there to help my through the process and managed the number transfer for me. He has also spoke to me about business broadband which I am very interested in. Great work Dylan asset to the company

Poor customer service
Customer service skills are non existent. Went in to get some information about getting a package upgrade. Told to wait and his colleague be with my shortly. Waited
15mins & was asking how long his colleague will be, when he storms through the door & in an aggressive manner says "he was busy". No apology for me waiting but being argumentative. Rude & being abnoxious. I then said I'd wait to speak to his colleague & his colleague refused to serve me. Absolutely disgraceful service from Vodafone. Refused to give me his name & no name badge. Shame on Vodafone for employing thugs. Will be cancelling all contracts. I would give them no stars if I could. Stay away from Bedford Vodafone shop. Hope it closes.

Great visit to the Vodafone store in…
Great visit to the Vodafone store in Bedford, Bharat help set the contract up and was very good.
I then returned to get the phone set up from the store manager Dylan. He helped me set up the phone and watch wand made me understand how to use it.
