I first purchased ViWizard (TunesKit) more than five years ago, and since that time I've switched my main computer two times. In order to transfer my license to each of the new devices, I reached out to their customer support, and both times they were surprisingly prompt at replying to my requests and resetting my license to continue using the software. Very satisfied customer - I wish all customer support inquiries were this easy.

What a service! I lost my registration number after an update. I sended a mail to support. The next day my problem was solved (in a weekend).

ViWizard is an excellent master tool. If not for this wizard, there would not any music adventure in my life. Very creative, user friendly, no nonsense interface.
It does the perfect job, no compromise.

I must admit that, the customer support service of ViWzard also very cooperative, customer oriented.

I hope ViWizrd will continue to be competitive and most preferred tool. Thank you, ViWzard.

The Tuneskit Audible to mp3 converter works very well, so that I can enjoy my audiobooks when swimming, using a waterproof mp3 player. The sales support is excellent.

I am really happy with Viwizard. It’s really very easy to use. Does exactly what you need, efficiently …..and for me, who is a bit of a technophobe makes the whole thing a really straightforward process. I hadn’t realised that the license is only for one computer and mine broke so I transferred to a second, and it would only download the first minute of each track … in my need to get the full files promptly, I bought a second license… I contacted customer service via email and they totally sorted it and promptly, responding with a kind and assuring email that they’d refunded and cancelled my duplicated licence and I was all good to go…I was really impressed..

I purchased the software in 2022 and was really happy with it, it's so easy to use and does exactly what it says it does. I recently purchased a new Mac and needed to re-install the software but there were issues with my license key so I had to contact customer service. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and I'm once again using the software. Couldn't ask for more and I would highly recommend!

I hadn't used any similar software before, so it took a bit to understand how it worked. Once understood, it did exactly as advertised and had no difficulties. I'd recommend it for someone looking for these specific abilities

Love, love, the product. I convert from Amazon. Did you know even if you download to your device you cannot play without internet?

Total scam site. The software does NOT work on Mac. waste of money.

I've been using this application for a while now and the customer support has always been top tier. I emailed customer service with an activation issue early in the AM like early in the AM, I'm talking single digits and they literarily emailed me back within 20 mins. This is the second time that they have assisted me like that! I honestly didn't expect the service to be this good! Keep up the good work Mila.

I started with Sidify then switched to Viwizard Spotify Music Convertor (also the Tidal version) which I have used my Apple Mac for a few years now.
It is so simple to use and creates very high quality MP3's (and other formats).

At the moment there is a 40% discount - making a year only $27 - or if you are English like me approximately £22.

I have had no need to contact support as I have had no issues - so i can not comment on their service for that.

I would (and have) definitely recommend Viward products to my friends.

I like the company and the tool. Assistance is always kind and quick in replying. I'm using it for 1 year and in general i have a positive experience. The company offers different tools but i like music converter, it is simple to use and with good coding features. I would suggest this tool for multiple purposes: it is cheap and worth the investment!

I had an issue getting my account registered, & after a quick email to the support team, I was up & running within minutes! Super helpful team, & the update to the software is amazing! Super fast downloads & easier to sort & organize the music, which my OCD brain loves!

I originally reviewed on 5th January to say that I could not cancel my subscription as the 'recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now'. I received a reply on 10th of January advising me to provide my account details so that I could be assisted with my cancellation. I replied to ask how I should send my details as the email address is still not accepting messages but have not yet received a reply. Re-reviewing as TrustPilot seems to be the only way to contact this company.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that even though the company name changed they still honored my product code.

And the product worked!

Quick response and solved my issue.
