A fantastic example of Customer Service
Once again a small but inconvenient snag was solved by some of the best customer care.
Over the 5 years or so the odd niggle with software has popped up, part of being a computer user I guess.
My recent problem was understood, and dealt with via email, without any hesitation.
The remedy supplied, albeit quick was not a solution that worked for me. This was explained via email.
The appropriate solution was provided the next working day.
Just a genuine delight to have customer service that actually feels like they are on 'your side'.

use this software, logged into my spotify account, within hours and my spotify account got deleted!!! ALL MY PLAYLIST FOR OVER 12 YEARS- GONE!!! JUST LIKE THAT!! WTF.
Talked to customer service and they told me:
Our internal investigation showed that Spotify’s fraud detection systems identified unusual activity on your Spotify account. Your account may have engaged in unauthorised activity in violation of our Terms and therefore, access to your account was disabled.

I have been using this software for DJing
I have been using this software for nearly 4 years and has been a lot of help.
Last month, the software didn´t work properly so i send an email to the costumer support and a real human followed up my problem and solve it by giving me an brand new updated version wich is 10 times faster and better quality than the older one. So yes, i´m happy.

Good product, solid support
I got the lifetime version, and over several years, across their product upgrades, they have provided solid support every time I had an issue. This last time it was directing me to check the output logs, where I was then able to identify the URL getting blocked by my firewall, and whitelist that.

Quite positive experience ! So good that I purchased a lifetime licence for audio converter.
The support is amazingly fast, efficient and very nice (human I would say).
I asked for my lifetime licence to be switched to from Apple Music to Spotify and they did that at no cost in less than 12 hours.

I have been very pleased with the customer support services with DRmare software. I have had a number of issues with my registration and configuration and just not understanding why I could not get the songs to download without an error. The support team was able to provide detailed directions more than once to get everything working for me again. I am a very satisfied customer.

Advertises multiple payment options including PayPal but only takes credit card.
Advertises that software works on MacOS 10 and higher but did not work on MacOS 16.
Emailed customer support and no reply.
The company obviously spends a lot of energy investing in appearing legit online but it is a complete scam. I've cut my losses and changed my streaming password and credit card.
