The Netflix Video Downloader crashed
The Netflix Video Downloader suddenly crashed and stopped me from connecting to the browser. I updated my browser's and also updated to a newer version of the app, but still was receiving a message "ERROR CODE E109, your browser is no longer supported". That was about 10 days ago, but since then ViWizard have up graded their version to 1.11.0 and now everything is working perfectly, thanks to Mila at Customer Support service.

I forgot to stop auto-renewal when I switched Win10>Linux Mint. When I was billed, I wrote to have the charge removed. Heard back from customer support in 24 hours canceling the renewal. Refund was posted to my credit card account 48 hours later. Customer Service does NOT get any better than that! It's also a good program as well!

Fast support
Had some trouble first time around, I was downloading on mac (I usually use my windows pc) and the download got interrupted and some of the files were faulty. I asked if I could switch my license to a windows one and they responded quickly with a yes! My tidal subscription was about to run out as well, so im glad for the speedy response. (This was for Tidal music converter btw)

Easy to use and very powerful
Easy to use and very powerful. I convert by chapter, speed up to 1.5x normal speed and then add everything to my smart watch so I have plenty of options for running. Great tool - would definitely recommend.

Good Tool for music recording
As a true music lover, I’m always looking for tools that let me enjoy my playlists with more flexibility. ViWizard Music Converter immediately stood out for how easy and intuitive it is to use: the interface is clean, the workflow is simple, and converting tracks takes just a few clicks. It’s definitely a great solution for users who want something quick and straightforward without any technical hassle.
That said, since it relies heavily on a web-based interface, the output audio quality is not ideal for a true audiophile. If you’re very picky about sound fidelity, you may notice some limitations compared to lossless or high-end solutions.
Overall, it’s a solid and user-friendly tool that does what it promises for everyday listening. For ease of use and reliability, I’d still give it 5 stars.
