Very bad service and no responsiblity at all

I bought a weight gainer and chose international express because i need it ergently, after payment, i recieve no news of ny order, all i recieve is a reciept with nothing usefull on it, and no tracking number, and the link you people sent in the email to track my order was not working at all, and nobodiyy replied to my email when i emailed you people. This is very irresponsible service,

poor.

My order was for 5 items @ $19.64 equaling $98.20 & I was supposed to get a 3% discount plus free shipping for having an order over $80. When I entered the order, I received neither the discount, nor the free shipping. So instead of paying $98.20 I was charged $106.36. This is very disappointing to me, and I think that my charge should be adjusted.

Customer service is terrible

We ordered on Feb 16th, and after weeks of unanswered phone calls, our order showed up on March14? Site listing states 2 days to ship. We will never order from vitasprings.com again

Unhappy with length of time to deliver

I placed this order on Fri Feb 21, I received a call on Mon the 24th saying that they had received my order and would fill it. Two weeks went by and there was no update to my order. Finally, late on Fri Mar 7 I get the much anticipated "Your order has shipped". There was no indication that it would take 2 weeks to fill and ship my order, there was no notice, no update, no nothing. I am quite unhappy with this, especially since the tracking number showed "No Order Found".
Looking again today (Mar 10), I see that the order has been shipped via 2-day mail - which may or may not be the standard method. But after this experience of having to wait 2 weeks for something to ship, I'm not likely to return and I'm going to be hesitant to recommend my friends. We'll see.

Very poor service!!!! Didn't get the order even after 5 months!!!!

I placed order for few medicines on 14th Nov 2013, but till the date i have not received my order having order number 289422. I have sent emails since the past 5 months but the only reply I get is "We will have the shipping company conduct the trace on this order" and then no one replies back. Upon asking for refund the customer service was extremely rude!!! I normally do not complain much but this was very poor performance!

I am still wasting my time with the company to deliver the packet.

How long can delivery be delayed!!??

Ok... So after looking for a certain product for some time I found it on Vitasprings.com. Ordered, paid, delivery will take 2-6 weeks (I live in Australia). So 6 weeks later still no delivery, I sent an email querying it's whereabouts. I was told to please wait another 5-10 days as customs can hold the package up.
So 11 days later, still no package! Sent ANOTHER email demanding a refund and was then told that I had selected regular mail which can take 4-8 weeks!!!!!! I questioned the legitimacy of their company to be asked again to please wait 5-10 days.
I'm still waiting........
This company is without doubt a total FRAUD and I have reported them to Paypal and the government consumer watchdog so hopefully they can't rip anyone else off!!!

P.S. If you have a look at their replies to people's reviews on this site, they all say the same thing LOL. DODGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting too long for order to be processed

I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude).

I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.

dont trust

They dont even have a legitimate email address , vitasprings@hotmail.com and the customer service rep doesnt disclose their name. Paid for an order and never recieved it. They said they werent responsible since I chose standard shipping which has no tracking number. They will soon go out business

Liars and cheats!

I bought one of their products for $19.24 and ended up paying over $40.00 to have it shipped to me. I specifically told them, and agreed to have it delivered, by NOT a courier company but by USPS, thus saving a lot of money. It specified on the invoice that it was a 'non UPS' delivery. So what did they do...they sent it by courier and I was forced to pay the delivery charge. I called them, they knew they had screwed up, and so agreed to refund me $20.00, not now though, ON MY NEXT ORDER. Are they serious????Do they really think I would buy from them again? After them thinking it over and telling me they would call me back for the third time, they never did. Did I mention that this courier delivery took over 12 days to arrive. I am so done with them. Not worth any more aggravation. I did however, leave a complaint on their FACEBOOK page and I suggest others to do the same so that all of our complaints get seen by not only several complaint sites but their company site as well.

They have a sweet con going.

Did you ever notice how when you put a deposit on a hotel or some other similar charge it appears right away but then when you cancel or get a refund it takes longer for it to appear. That's because the companies are holding that money on the books, the longer the better, times that by hundreds or thousands and they are showing greater assets daily then they actually have. Well we'll see if my order actually arrives in a timely manner and if it's what it's supposed to be but here is there con besides overcharging for shipping.
Unlike any other website I've seen they have a note stating to make sure that you have a post office deliverable address. Who doesn't have a post office deliverable address that is shopping online? That was the clue. The day after my order there is a message: "This is Andy, please call us back to verify that this is a post office deliverable address," or some such words. Well I got that late so now two days after my order I'm calling him back; two days they've had my money. So I inform him and don't make a deal out of it though I already know that they are delaying shipping on purpose; who uses the phone for such things, why waste the time...money. Then he says, "The order will be processed soon." I asked, "how soon?" He says, "today." Well the next day, three days after getting the money, I get an Email that they are sorry but that the merchandise is on backorder from the manufacturer but that they will continue to order it and process asap...lol. I write them back telling them to cancel the order and refund my money. So five days after they got my money that they don't want refund they inform me by Email, " This order has been shipped, it's too late to cancel. The product did became available." LOL! Yet, there is still no shipping notice. So at the very best they've stretched my money out for a week and at the very worst they are going to try and screw me some more. Again, when you times this by hundreds or thousands that's a lot of extra money they are showing on their books daily. Yuchy smell coming from these people.

Horrible company

I ordered four big jars of vitamins which had a nine dollar shipping charge. A month later my order still had not been shipped, the company is in California I'm in Texas. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that shipping doesn't take that long. I then sent an email stating I hadn't received my order and I got an email saying my order had been processed and my shipment would be mailed in one to two days, two weeks later still no package. I sent another email and my funds were returned with no email In response. My advice? Don't purchase from these scammers.

Big scammers! Internet thieves!

Poor costumer service and no attempt at refunding me. They claim the parcel had not been returned yet and I am still waiting for a refund. This was over 2 months ago. This company is a fraud and I am glad that website like this exist to not only vent your frustration, but help others.
I ordered my item around the end of December and it arrived at the end of January, so a month later, with an additional charge of 12 pounds or so for import taxes. I declined the parcel, which was then sent back.
I contacted Vitasprings numerous times before the item arrived asking if it had been sent yet and why it is so delayed. They merely stated that due to Christmas it would be busy etc. Why did I pay for international express shipping and then have to wait over a month for it to be delivered? That is more than ridiculous.
Eventually, after nearly TWENTY!! emails I managed to persuade them to not charge me a 15% restocking fee and to refund my items. They decided that they would not refund me the postage, which was probably more than the items themselves. It's a big rip off!
I recently emailed them again, as I received a letter from DHL asking me to pay the import taxes which they covered. The response I got is that I will have to pay the restocking fee now. What a joke, I will not. It seems to be someone else responding to emails each time they write, without keeping any form of record of the complaint and without reading previous emails sent.
STAY AWAY!!
THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIP OFF!!

Edit: So many bad reviews and so many bad responses from an unreliable company. No refund was issues, so do not try to claim that it was. I never received a refund, as you never issued one.

Glad i didnt proceed with transaction

they can learn alot from a phone customer service class or two. argumentative and disruptive, i called to ask if they had something in stock before i purchased it online on their site. it was for a dollar so i ordered as many as i could for free shipping because if i didnt, shipping wouldve cost me 39 bucks. yeah, right. then my gut told me to call to see if they had that many in stock and he told me no, only after telling yes the day before. understood. but their site still let me attempt to order the product, so i gave him a heads up to help the runt out. he bugged out on me which made me want to go see him. literally, like buy a plane ticket and visit dude. they are manic, obnoxious, unprofessional asses who do not remember the code of business ethics. order at your own risk but i hope they stay in business just one more day just to get their store front mashed in by a mob of angry shoppers. ahhhhhhhhhh, much better. thanks for getting on my last nerve yuh blood clot bumba ras.

A Total Fraud

I always order vitamin supplements from other reliable companies but because the product I was looking for was not available, I "tried" Vitasprings. The ordering process was easy but 2 days later they sad they wanted more money because shipping is more. OK, I said, I paid the difference (Shouldn't be the order automated?). Then they never send the products -- and I asked for a refund. They said they refunded 1 day ago. But they did not refund. A total FRAUD.

(PS. TODAY THEY REPLIED ME BELOW AFTER A YEAR THAT MY CREDIT CARD IS REFUNDED AND I WILL SEE IT IN MY ACCOUNT IN 48 HOURS. LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE TO EVERYONE BELOW - THEY RESPOND ALL OF THEM IN ONE DAY - AND ALL AFTER YEARS OF THE COMPLAINTS. THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF NEW VICTIMS WHO DO NOT CAREFULLY LOOK AT COMPANIES REPLY DATE AND WILL BELIEVE PROBLEM IS SOLVED. IT IS APPARENT THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS) - And yes they had to pay me the refund a year ago but their overall actions show that they are scammers.)

Credit Card # Stolen

I placed an order with VitaSprings.com as well, and had the same issue with no tracking # provided, and no responses to my emails. Within 1 week of me placing my order at VitaSprings.com, my credit card # was stolen online, and over $3,000 worth of charges were placed on my card.

Not sure if this was directly due to vitasprings.com, but the website's security looks suspect at best.

Further, 3 weeks later, my order still hasn't been processed. This website is a complete sham.
