I placed an order for 3 bottles of Mason Natural Diabetes Trio from VitaSprings and to this day, I have not received my order. The tracking link doesn’t work, and there’s been no update or shipping confirmation.

I’ve tried contacting their customer service, and they literally hung up on me when I called. No response to my follow-up. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

It feels like I’ve been scammed. I do not recommend buying from this company. I’m now filing a chargeback through my bank. If I could i would give a 0 star! When I asked for a refund he hung up on me. I called back and he was angry because I asked for a refund. I was told there's nothing they can do. These people are a scam.

A Company Improving in Customer Service

I thought I should post my generally positive review of VitaSprings on this website, given the avalanche of negative reviews. On the one hand, it really shouldn't take more than a week after an order has been placed for that order to be on its way to the customer. On the other hand, I was actually able to correspond with an actual human being ("Andy") who was good enough to explain that orders that need to be fulfilled by using stock at the "warehouse" as contrasted to at the "store" are naturally going to take longer to ship. Also, this was a situation where I had been trying to get the product through Amazon but no vendors were shown as having inventory ready to sell. Further, the manufacturer's website was directing me to pick up the product at a Wegman's that is out of my general range for driving in my old age - so I was just grateful that any vendor had the product in inventory. Overall, if VitaSpring will continue to make the same effort with others as it made with me to keep the customer informed as to what's going on (in an era where we've all come to expect that the products will be on their way no later than a couple of days after ordering), their reputation that we see on this website will justifiably improve.

I ordered 1 bottle of 1200mg NOW red…

I ordered 1 bottle of 1200mg NOW red yeast rice tablets from these guys (Order #425359) way back on
Tuesday, June, 18, 2024. I have contacted them twice since then and not one iota of either the bottle or a refund. They get your $$ and, in my case, never send me what I ordered or contact me to let me know what it going on hoping I'll forget it. Wanna lose some $$? Use these guys,

Ordered a supplement on November 7th. Today is November 26th. Haven't received it and tried calling the company multiple times with zero response. No idea where my supplement is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I believe they may not even be a real company.

They changed the price after it shipped!! They actually charged more.
I have the conversation in email where they added on shipping that was supposed to be free.
Here's a detailed account.
The response I received when contacting them on 7/3 after I ordered.

Hello:

We have applied the free shipping on this order for you. We are sorry that the system could only use one coupon each time.

I was glad as this was my 1st order and wasn’t sure.
My initial order was changed and the original subtotal was 61.47. They didn’t have what they were selling online and decided to change the order by deleting the missing item.
I contacted them once I received just 1 item in my order on 7/12.
Here's the response I was given in email.

Sorry, the first item was put as back order, and we will keep you posted.

Thank you

Now from this communication here it seems I qualified for free shipping even with the 4.00 coupon.
I did try to ask about this in email after the last response but thought, if they'll just change the price, charge me what they want and not even proactively let me know, why wait on another item to be charged at who knows what price!! I canceled the backordered item.

Beware.. your credit card info isn't safe. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered soap once on June 17th 2023 and received it, never ordered again. Got an email through my spam box on March 26th 2024 letting me know the product was back in stock and if I did not reply within 2 days my card would be charged automatically. Then got another email April 3rd that the order had been processed. Both of those emails I did not see until April 8th when I recieved a package for the same order back from last year.. also found a bank credit card charge on 3/29/24 for the same amount. After calling the company, the owner explained that the items I previously ordered had been out of stock and since I was notified but did not reply, the order was fulfilled. Needless to say, this company is very fishy and reading more reviews I see I'm not the only ones who's been scammed... I will be talking to my bank and blocking any future transactions. DO NOT ORDER

Scam Company

I ordered from vista springs, got a confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation with no tracking number. Called and got a voicemail claiming they were busy to email. I emailed and got a message saying email not receiving messages. Calling my cc company tomorrow to stop payment. The reviews are true, this is a scam company.

SCAM COMPANY!!

SCAM COMPANy!!! I placed 2 orders the same day over a month ago going to separate addresses, both said they shipped after I ordered, but neither order has been received. Tracking link says there isn’t anything . They don’t answer the phone except with voice mail, they don’t respond to emails as they say. I would leave NO stars if that was an option.

Dubious business practices

Put in order. On 6th day I contacted them because I received no shipping info. They said they were processing it. I emailed that their site said 1-2 days—this was too long and to cancel it.
5 days later I get an update, that a label was created 9:44pm.
I immediately wrote and said I had asked to cancel. They told me it was too late.
I sent them photo that showed USPS did NOT have the package..they wouldn’t cancel..Then they had nerve to tell me that if I returned it, they would charge 15% restocking fee. Two weeks and I have not received it.
Vendor would not return my phone call.
I will NEVER use this business.

This is the absolute worst company I…

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and lie. I tried to call and no one ever answered the phone. I emailed and got extremely rude reply’s. I asked repeatedly when my items would arrive so I could get someone to pick them up for me because I was out of town. They said “wait a bit they will come”! What kind of a reply is that? It took a month for them to arrive. The tracking was not updated until the very end. All the reviews are true. This was the most frustrating online experience ever. I will never buy from them again and I will try not to purchase anything from California again either. I wish I could’ve refused delivery. Sounds like I was lucky though because I did finally get what I paid for. Oh, and be careful of the free shipping. I purposely ordered enough for free shipping. Only to get an email several days later (clearly after the 1-2 day shipping period, don’t believe that!) that my order did not qualify for free shipping. The idiot I was said ok just send the items I will pay. Never again.

They delivered...after 3.5 months

Update: I received the goods in the end, it took 3.5 months from order, but the goods are as expected. The communications from the company did seem very scammy, but the correct genuine items were delivered! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars =)
