Got my package

Got my package, but it apparently was left in the rain. Still functional, so I guess the issue was really with the carrier.

The platform for uploading documents doen't work

The concept of helping people get their vital documents seems good. The actual programming of their platform doesn't work. I've had to upload the same documents multiple times because the system kept converting my PDF pages into blank pages. I recommend that the people in charge of VitalChek hire a programmer who can get the platform working right.

Next, because they couldn't get the system actually working, I asked for my order to be cancelled and for whatever personal information of mine that they had been able to collect to be removed from their system, in keeping with data security laws in California. They directed me to a third party LexisNexis that has no apparent connection to VitalChek, where I was told I'd need to upload more personal information, so that LexisNexis could request VitalChek to delete my information. Routing people to a third party that requires more personal information to be shared in order to get personal information deleted from the VitalChek system is not actually a solution.

I lost 4 business days in the back and forth with VitalChek and ended up having to cancel my order.
