Vistaprint is ALWAYS very professionnal. The website is very easy to use.
This time I wanted to create a greeting card based on an original drawing. The card was quite complex to prepare because I wanted it to fold in 3. Thanks to the help of an agent through the webchat, the drawing fits perfectly well in just a few minutes.
This is not the first time I'm using Vistaprint and its online help and I will use it for sure many other times.

Vistaprint has one of the best customer services I have ever encountered. One year I was late ordering a very important photo book that was a present for my husband and they expedited the delivery to arrive on Christmas Eve. If you encounter an issue there is a real person at the end of the text messaging service who can help you edit your creation and answer your questions. Each year I create a family calendar, a Christmas mug with a drawing from my child, and a family Christmas card. They can even make a Christmas decoration for the tree with your own drawing. I cannot recommend them enough.

I received my order 2 days before the expected delivery date. The product was printed on a very good quality paper and the end result is excellent. The chat function was very helpful to have someone check the visual elements I uploaded were crisp, and to get an opinion on the size of the font. Will order again.

Product is very good but I paid extra for a delivery that didn't come the day they told it would arrive, that was the very day I needed it. (Rollup for an event)
