Great service

Great service, also aftercare. Had a misprint on an item, shared photos and the team took immediate action to send the product again for free.
Quality of the products is great, ordered several items already and each time happily surprised about the quality of the goods.

Made a wall calendar out of some photos, which were artistic rather than just family pics. The print and paper quality is very nice and it's easy to create and save online. Also nice fast delivery.
I'm returning to Vistaprint to make multiple copies of the calendar.
Recommended.

Fast delivery, quality low okay

Fast delivery.
The quality is only ok. I used pre-edited pictures from my visit card for my visit card, so that nothing can move or be reshaped.

In the preview it looked great and the lines from the picture were all the same distance, etc.

When the cards arrived, the picture was moved, one line was thinner than the other, etc.

Next time, I'd rather spend more money by another printer for better quality.

Very unprofessional

My colleagues ordered a gum with the logo company on it. They wanted to have them before 18th of September. Initially, since they chose a faster option the gum should've been delivered on 14th of September, but suddenly order was cancelled without any explanation. After arguing with the support team, they said that there were difficulties on their side, so they just cancelled the order, but then the agreement on the new delivery was made. And the support team was specifically asked that such a problem won't happen again. The new delivery date was set on today, September 17th, but up until noon, no packages nor notifications about the delivery were received, so my colleague decided to ask about the order status, just to be told that the cancel was rejected, even though before that the status was still pending and the delivery date was set on today, so the support person asked if the refund for the cancelled order should be issued or not, of course my colleague agreed, but then she immediately received a notification that the production was stopped, because the customer demanded so, but that's not true at all. So the new support request was made and they only said that they can start production again, but it would take days to finish. So that means, they didn't just cancel and threw away all the goods, they haven't even started the production in the first place! And you only get to know this on the day of the delivery and only by asking yourself!
In the end, of course the day was ruined, because we were relying on them (TWICE!) and now we have to search for a quick workaround for tomorrow's event.

I have ben ordering from Vista print since more then 10 years.
Fast and good price.
This last order, I found the pictures not at the best quality.

Great Service

It is easy to design the marketing items you want, there is good support, fast delivery and good service – even when something goes wrong, they are quick to replace and correct errors.

great service.
I made an error in my design, tried to fix it, but VistaPrint was so fast that the order was already processed without noticing the changes.
They offered to send me the order again with the right changes without any cost. Talking about service. Thank you Vistaprint team. You rock!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service.

Some stickers I made were not delivered the way I asked. After contacting customer service I had the choice between ordering again without cost or a refund.
