The support and service was excellent. All questions answered quickly and efficiently and no problems with the process.

My sister was looking for a virtual office to sign up her company so I looked into a couple and settled with this.
Two words: BIG REGRET
This is a phoney company under the false pretense of being a large organisation when its a few shoddy and unprofessional employees who rip you off.
Avoid them at all costs, wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot barge pole!

Great service and flexibilty
Emma has been my contact point for about 2 years. She has handled my queries very efficiently. Also critically, upon request, promptly moved my contract to my business account, and adjusted the price to the initial opening offer that was in place at the time.

Lisa was extremely helpful, she responded to my query quickly and was informative, friendly and polite. Really happy with the service today.

Virtual HQ are very easy to do business with. After an initial conversation about our needs to set up many locations across the country. Emma was quick to grasp our requirements.
Their response times are excellent and keeps us updated with our offices.
I wish they had more locations!! Other providers I have come across are no where near as efficient as VHQ!
