Easy process ordering what I wanted, goods arrived within two days. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Placed my order on the 12/03/25, advised on the website ‘Next day delivery’, there was no option for next day only ‘Premium express delivery before 12pm’. I have still not received this order and it is now 15/03/25. I have had a refund for the extra money I paid for ‘express’ delivery, but I used this company due to the quick delivery for my Grandads 80th today (15/03/25) and I have still not received my item which was a present. VIP bottles have advised they have limited control on their orders when they reach the couriers (parcel force).

The process is easy and quick and the delivery time is really good.

Ordered a set of bottles as a gift and paid premium delivery. Tracking shows they've been damaged in transit and being held at a depot (fully understand accidents happen, and VIP bottles are not entirely at fault here). But since messaging through the website a week ago and emailing directly, I have had no reply despite stating on the website they'll get back to me in 24hours. Very disappointing to be left with no response and nothing delivered to me.

I ordered two bottles for Christmas in separate orders. 2 months later and I haven’t received my items and the company doesn’t respond to messages left via their contact us page.
I’m in Australia so maybe this is the issue but would not recommend ordering if OS

Ordered two drinks as gifts for family just prior to Christmas 2024. Delivery was quick and arrived in good time for the festive season. Some of the bottles in a set of one of the drinks had become broken in transit but VIP Bottles arranged for replacement bottles to be sent out very quickly without being asked and at no extra charge. Only concern is that there is no delivery tracking available but otherwise a great service. Would recommend!

Paid for premium delivery, got a message saying it won't be delivered.

Have to wait 24 hours for a reply from vip bottles

If I'd of known I would of had to wait 5/6 days i wouldn't of paid extra delivery & I would of ordered else where

Very well presented. Its a shame my sister didnt get her presentation box with her bottle for her 60th Birthday. They had to send it out seperatly that ruined the surprise. Never mind.

Made an order which was pretty straightforward and received the items really quickly, however upon opening the box we found the bottles poorly packaged resulting in the majority being scratched/ damaged and dusty (gold small bottega bottles) which were purchased for a birthday party. I contacted VIP by email, couldn’t find any other means of contacting/ returning, they responded (asked for my an availability but never came back to me until a couple of days later). They then confirmed a Royal Mail collection for this morning (now afternoon and I’m still waiting)…. Not impressed had to purchase some other bottles, this time in the shops …and not sure when or if Royal Mail will be picking up.

Update- Royal Mail never turned up ( now not even sure if it was actually arranged). Emailed VIP, no response today.

Ordered a bottle of Perrier Jouet Blason Rose Brut NV Champagne for New Year - and it was undrinkable. I'm not sure how they store the champagne, but they clearly don't know how to do it correctly. If you're looking to spend a decent amount of money on champagne, don't get it from here.

I placed my order three days before Christmas, and it arrived on Christmas Eve. They also have a great selection. I'll definitely be revisiting soon!

Great experience here, first time user. The ordering process was easy and the had exactly what I was looking for, difficult to find in the uk. They despatched my order very quickly and delivered safely by Parcelforce the next day. Delivery costs very very good and items were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition.
