Completely baffled & disappointed
I very rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones and so this is an odd one for me. I will never shop from TCC again.
Unfortunately I have been completely appalled by the service, causing me to miss my best friend's wedding gift date before they move abroad. I have been waiting for 1 wine cooler for 3 months. I have been contacting the customer service team continuously who have been helpful but unable to give me a reason accept for 'stockroom issues' (for 3 months...?!). The ever changing window for when I may hear about when it will be dispatched just continues with no real reason giving and false hope.
I have been offered a refund, but I had hoped that it would be fixed given the prestigious nature of the company and having gone through all this.
Completely baffled and disappointed, I purchased from TCC as its a reputable company for premium items, clearly I was wrong.

There was quite an issue with my order
There was quite an issue with my order, they had my champagne out of stock and I couldn’t receive it for over one month!
However, the manager was always in contact and very apologetic, and eventually, after one month, they sent me an alternative (which was good!) nonetheless, I will be conscious about order from them again, as proved to not be very reliable.

A Customer First Company
Excellent customer service. One item in my order was not available. But I received a lovely mail from Ellen, who apologised for the shortcoming and offered support in terms of a refund or alternative product selection. But her mail was written with impeccable care and support. Unfortunately, traits that can be quite rare nowadays, especially when shopping on line. So, The Champagne Company have certainly gotten the customer facing aspect of their operation spot on. For that reason alone, I would definitely use their services again. Aside from that, their product line and competitive prices are fantastic. Prompt delivery and robust packaging was the icing on the cake. Top marks from me.

Took over 2 weeks to complete an order
Took over 2 weeks to complete an order. Had good initial comms explaining the delay. However confirmed a date I needed the delivery by and was assured it would be there on time or I would be informed in time for me to sort alternatives. Wasn't contacted so I assumed it was being delivered as promised only to be empty handed at the aforementioned event. Nice enough on email (hence two not one star) and responsive but probably wouldn't use again as not reliable enough compared to other services I've used.

Champagne for wedding tasting
I was visiting the UK while planning my daughter‘s wedding. I wanted to try a few different champagnes to decide what we were going to offer. The order process was very simple. We selected a pick up at a local London pharmacy. Everything went extremely smoothly. We were very happy.
