Would not order again

Ordered a jacket that was 150€ and when i got it one of the seams was ripped i contacted them and told them to make a reclamation to ups for it, because it was in their words in perfect condition when they shipped it. They told me that i would take 3 weeks to get answer from ups and now it has been almost 2 months and they wont answer me when i ask about it.

The Shop itself is very good

The Shop itself is very good! Only the shipping with UPS was not that good, it "could not be delivered, because no one was at home", but i was at home when they tried to deliver and i had to pick it up in a local store instead...
