Irfan excellent Engineer, job completed with smile, very polite and very professional.
I want him again at my place when there is any issue in future.
We are resident of 70 Melbourne House. We had a visit from Engineer Irfan who came to service our radiator controller and bathroom heater. He was very respectful and extremely helpful as well as was very informative and managed to reset the radiator controller that we have been told needs to be replaced very quickly. We have not had regular heating for two weeks and we are very grateful that he was able to get the job done sufficiently. Thanks Irfan.
Easy appointment set up and boiler serviced soon after. We were not present for the service which is where the problem arose. The engineer also checked the gas cooker and turned it off without consulting us at all. The issue was with part of the cooker which we never used and the first we heard was when we received the report by email.
First and last, I would never ever use this company again or recommend them.
Do not use this company, they have left me and my 3 children without heating and hot water for 5 days, even though its illegal, refused to even visit to find the problem just said I need a new boiler...absolute disgrace
I had a visit from one of your engineers called Irfan for a problem I had with the heating. His diagnosis and attention to my house heating problem was very well thought out and eminently professional. He was also very polite and understood my physical disability and made a sterling effort to solve my heating problem. He is an asset to your establishment.

Sent appointment for a Gas safety check, took day off work, then on the day I get another letter telling me I have appointment in 3 days time !
So I called “don’t know what’s happened there, can you hold ?”
35 mins later still on hold, never come back.
So Quality starts at the grass roots! If the office staff have that attitude then what’s the rest like ? You take a chance 🤔
Will be interesting to read the reply ..
NO REPLY AS EXPECTED!
Still on hold ! 😀
Terrible and disappointing! Carried out EICR inspection but didn't produce correct report for works. Now I have to pay another company to do the job that this shambles should have done.
My elderly parents have always used VHL to install and service their boiler and heating system which my dad installed many years ago. As it was a microbore system and a radiator stopped working so I booked a job. Nathan who is very knowledgeable about this type of heating worked extremely hard to fix the fault. I would give him 5 stars for what he did.
They didn't show for the first appointment, then late for the second appointment. Very poor communication skills.
Just awful from start to finish. Never use them - avoid at all costs.

Village Heating Limited (VHL) is Terrible! The work done by them shows that they have no care for their work. I had VHL install a new Vaillant boiler. They had 2-3 engineers working on the job. When they finished, they said the work was done. Following two years VHL carried out annual service on the boiler. In the 3rd year, I decided to call Vaillant Boilers for the service. Vaillant makes and also services & installs boilers. In less than 2 minutes the Vaillant engineer noticed there was no isolation valve fitted on the boiler. And reported the boiler being at risk! Having been installed and serviced for two years by VHL, they did not notice or report the faulty installation. I question what they did during the services.
Having young children, I am extremely angry with their work. After reporting this to VHL they came and fixed the problem but no communication about 3 years of terrible servicing or apologies. I plan to report them to the respective organization.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
They incorrectly installed my underfloor heating with a pipe going in the wrong direction. It caused my boiler to turn off daily all during winter. When i worked out it was the UFH not the boiler that was an issue, they charged me £180 for a callout. The UFH still is NOT fixed, and they are now dodging my calls and emails and will not send anyone out to fix it, or give me a refund for £180, despite it being due to their incompetence! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!! scammers
I booked them for a simple boiler service - the 'engineer' who visited was utterly incompetent and did severe damage to the boiler and left it not working. I chased them for many weeks to get some kind of resolution without any success. I now have an independent engineer booked to fix the damage, amounting to over £1000 which my home insurer will cover (excluding the excess) and they will attempt to recover my losses from these cowboys at VHL.
A bunch of con artists as I posted twice already. Had to issue a court summons to get my money which they over charged me

Laura in customer services was very helpful and made sure she could help with all of my enquiries
I had my boiler breakdown and VHL attended the same day.
Engineer called Nathan was very polite and clearly had been doing his job a very long time.
My boiler was fixed within the hour and I was given some further recommendation to improve my system in the future.
Overall very happy with the service provided.

Yes I have been unfortunate to have had a bad experience with VILLAGE HEATING. I wish I had read the reviews but I cannot stress enough, to avoid using this company,
I got caught, they claimed I needed a new boiler, when my original one was working but no hot water. Like the other reviews, paid extortionate price for a new boiler. My newly installed boiler ran on constant for days, I was unable to control the heating. They sent out their engineer who could not identify his fault, told me that was how it was and to turn my towel rails on/off by the value? I called a third party engineer out (amazing) identified the problem straight away. WAIT FOR IT ! My newly installed boiler had been wired up wrong, and a small value that controls hot water was jammed and needed replacing. Needless to say all is working perfectly now. Did I actually need that new boiler? I very much doubt it. Village Heating engineers get paid commission. 🤔 They acknowledged their fault but still to this day have given me the run around, ignoring solicitors letters requesting reimbursement of the cost paid to the third party engineer to correct their fault, and the cost of a boiler running on constant for nearly a week.
I was even told my system needed power flushing, and would cost around £500/£600. Guess what? My system doesn’t need power flushing.
I am annoyed at myself I was taken in and trusted VILLAGE HEATING. Do not make the same mistake I did..my disabled son needed hot water, we were vulnerable and they took advantage of our situation. You know who you are, no conscience. Shame on you.
I have employed this company to perform a Megaflo Cylinder descaling job. Although the quote I received was quite high, due to the fact that their availability was better than others I have decided to go ahead with it. Only after I booked them I checked the overall firm feedback on trustpilot. Big mistake I thought to myself. To my surprise, the engineer that attended site was knowledgeable, polite and he did a good job overall. However, during his service he removed a pressure Valve to check it and when he installed it back it started to leak. As I had no spare part, I had to stay with a leaking situation hoping that once I get a replacement the engineer will come back to install it.
Well, VHL accepted no accountability on the fact that the part was removed by the engineer and should that was not removed the job would be complete without incidents. VHL quoted me £500 to send the engineer back to install the new part that I purchased myself separately. Totally unimpressed with the terrible customer service on this Company. It feels like they are taking their customers for ransom and I am pretty sure they will cease to exist should they carry on with this predatory attitude towards their customers. I will never use them again !
