The service was excellent
The service was excellent. On time and well packed, as it was a shower enclosure the glass needed to be well protected. Delivery to Aberdeenshire was not an issue and no extra costs. The enclosure fitted as DIY job in our holiday home was easy with instructions included.

I would like to thank and Ellie Boothman and Dan Vernonfor the quick and professional way in which they have dealt with my box of broken tiles.
This was the first time I have bought from Victorian Plumbing and I won't lie that I was worried the tiles would arrive in one piece. One box on the corner of the palate had taken a knock, damaging all but two of the tiles.
Not to be put off by this experience, I have since ordered panels for my bathroom because of the way the company have responded to the broken tiles.
I would also like to thank the delivery driver who was very helpful.

Purchased a mixer tap, which developed a leak from a part of the tap that was unreachable. Without any equivocation once they had seen the evidence of the fault the tap was replaced without question and with haste. All done with very professional customer support personal

Damaged shower screen
When unpacking there was damage to the showerscreen I managed to bend the damage back with a cloth and an adjustable spanner I do metal work too (not )quicker than sending it back but still took my time that is not free but had to be today apart from that everything was sound
