Colin was great
Colin was great. We had a small group, so there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I left the tour with lots of “fun facts” about Chicago and its history as well as seeing some amazing places.

First time European travelers. Easy process.
The various tours we booked were easy to find and had good explanations. Having all the information in English provided an ease in determining the difference between tours offered in the countries we will be visiting. The booking process was very smooth. Looking forward to the experiences in Rome and Barcelona.

We booked to spend time on Lovers Beach…
We booked to spend time on Lovers Beach as advertised. The beach was closed that day and they didn’t tell us until we passed the beach on the boat. We had an option to stop at the public beach or go back to the marina. Our tour guides did not speak English. It was a waste of our time and $46.

Great tour
Booking process was very simple and easy. No hidden tricks and false promises, very transparent and honest. Viator was keeping me informed, and very punctual. Tour were very good organized with excellent guys, very knowledgeable and very polite with great manners. I strongly recommend Viator as company.

WHAT TIME IS THE PICK UP?
After questioning the company for several days about the pick up time vs cruise start time, they finally replied after we left town and did not have email access internationally. No texts with the correct time, so we missed the van by one hour and 10 minutes. Very disappointed group and a total waste of $270. We are told that Viator does not refund event costs under any circumstances.
