I was nervous when my mobile tickets for Metallica in Athens hadn't arrived on the morning of the concert. I contacted Viagogo customer service and they were reassuring — they tracked my order and confirmed the tickets would arrive by 17:30. And they delivered exactly on time. At 17:30 I got a notification offering me alternative tickets with even better seats, and accepting them was literally one click. Smooth, stress-free, and they actually kept their promise. Great experience overall!!!

Scammers, the seller doesnt deliver the right tickets and i dont get a refund.

I purchased my ticket the same day at 2 o'clock with the option mobille ticket transfer it arrived after 10 minutes. And the concert doors opened at 4 o'clock the same day and everything went wonderful. I was worried it might be a scam or it might arrive later as it was a last minute purchase but it went smoothly. The concert was one of the best experiences of my life.

Hi Team,
i had severe issues with the tickets which was sold twice , and i had to call you again and again to get refund and to get a new tickets.
at the end my friend was inside waited for me , and i was able to get in for the final song :-(
i wish i could have a refund at least for one ticket , and that you will be able to avoid such cases of fraud using your website.
I gave the 5 stars because the customers services did there best to assist.

Tickets were a reasonable price, and I was delivered the tickets on Ticketmaster a couple of days before the event. All went fine! The seats were great, too.

Early entrance in Mastercard Lounge. Nice to have a drink and get good parking spots. Very helpfull and kind staff. My compliments. Visited with my daughter. Great concert. Sound was really good. The lights were from another world...never seen anything like this.

Very very bad experience, due to the date change of the concert, i had to sell my tickets because i was not able to go. The selling proces was very unclear and at the end not possible for me, never had such a bad expercience with other ticketwebsites. Wasted Eur 800,- never Viagogo agian. Also mails i have sent have never been answered.

Tried to cancel within 1 hour of purchase while the payment was still only "pending/reserved" and before any tickets were transferred. Support refused immediately and kept repeating that all sales are final because they are a secondary marketplace. Very poor customer experience and no flexibility at all. Buyers should be extremely careful before purchasing.

Booking process very easy and with the pictures of the view from the seats clear what you buy. Received the ticket one day before the football event, as clearly communicated in advance

Had a great time at the concert, good seat and was exactly as promised.
