I purchased tickets months in advance through StubHub for the Brandon Lake concert on April 12, 2026. StubHub says they sent a transfer months ago, but the link expired and I never received usable tickets. On the day of the event, I contacted customer service multiple times and they refused to provide replacement tickets or a refund despite their FanProtect Guarantee. I paid $330.13 and missed the event entirely. This was very disappointing and stressful.

This is a total fraud company. I bought 18 tickets for the Raf Sapera concert in Detroit on 4/2/2026. the tickets were purchased on 2/5/2026 for $1.187.28. They promised to deliver the tickets to me before the concert. Members of my group went to the venue and spent money in parking and food etc. Some of them had travelled from out of town to attend the concert. However, an hour before the concert I was informed that there are no tickets and my only option is a refund. There were other tickets available at that time that were equivalent as all the tickets in the event were standing only. Stubhub refused to honor anything. I was on the phone with their rep for over an hour. They claimed that the seller did not honor their end of the deal. I asked them if there was any penalty for the seller. They said that the seller will be penalized the price of the ticket. I asked them if I will be compensated wit that penalty....they said no. Bottom-line, if a deal falls through at the last minute, the buyer is screwed and Stubhub makes money. Its a shame. Needless to say that we suffered a big financial loss, and I still have not gotten my refund. Never trust Stubhub.

Worst experience. Not honest and company lacks integrity. Tickets were voided by promoter as they needed to relocate fans for production purposes. Stubhub was either unwilling or incompetent to fix the problem. Spent two days on chat and email going in circles as they told me I had accepted the tickets. Sent screen shoots of voided tickets, notice of voided tickets by Ticketmaster, I even gave them access to my Ticketmaster account to see for themselves. Basically kept responding that I had accepted the tickets. Don’t ever purchase from them - or if you do it’s a straight up gamble. I called visa and am contesting the charges which they have already agreed to. Stubhub is a scam, no integrity, false advertising - zero customer service or product guarantee.

Truly nonsensical - crazy overpriced. Bought tickets from the source for $45. Had a friend interested in the show, the same tickets are now $165 plus fees, now it makes no sense for friend to go and more than likely the seat will go empty

I bought ticket for a soccer game in morroco when i was in vacation there . I never received my ticket for the game and stubhub is not taking action to give me my refund after several messages it is always the same answer telling me the internal team will take car of it but nothing is happening

We bought sombr tickets after not finding any on ticketmaster. We saw the reviews and we were pretty scared, but everything turned out fine. They said the tickets would arrive the day of the concert but they came four days before!! very very happy

Stubhub system was unable to provide nfl tickets on time. It did not work as intended and advertised. NEVER AGAIN !! Customer support terrible.

Used Ticketmaster 1 week later. Worked perfect, no conversion and transfers required. NO STRESS

Less than 1 star. This company is terrible. Long hold times. Difficult customer service. Was sent the wrong seats when I showed them receipt they still didn't honor my purchase. As I type I've been on hold 15 minutes someone picked up them immediately put me back on hold. Customer service is rude. They have a lot of glitches in their system DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GO TO TICKET MASTER

Scammers never refund peoples money , Viagogo and Ticketmaster front company for scamming people

Was unable to download tickets due to some kind of ticket glitch. Tried several different methods as directed and still no tickets. They advised me after I showed them the constant error message that they would look into it Never heard back and unable to reply to emails they sent me. They have policy guarantee which states WE'LL GET YOU TO YOUR SEATS that they didn't honor
They truly enjoy benefiting from my misfortune. Not an honest and compassionate organization. Buyers be ware

Stubhub has a comprehensive system of assisting in selling your concert tickets. THEY JUST DONT PAY YOU. I successfully sold 6 tickets, with all of the notes back confirming sale and transfer. And still haven't been paid for a concert that occurred two months ago. BEWARE. I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times with promises each time that I would be paid and that my situation has been escalated. Go through Ticketmaster instead.

STuBHuB is horrible. I’ve done many many transactions and paid them lots of money.

Today I listed 4 tickets in a row, together. I pre-uploaded as they suggest and I have always done.

The buyer purchased seats 1 and 2 per the order. The preloaded tickets delivered and claimed in my Ticketmaster account were seats 2 and 3! Leaving me with 1 and 4 for the next buyer. This was all done by STuBHuBs delivery system. I followed instructions and sold these same seats many times! I was specific in the selling choices of sell 2 or 4 tickets and leave me with 2 together or none. They left me 2 apart - 1 and 4 remained in my account!

They then told me to list seats 1 and 4 now as singles!!! The buyer of the first order has the wrong tickets- STuBHuB does not care about that. They delivered the wrong tickets! The tickets STuBHuB delivered does not match the buyers order!

To top it off, I realized after selling the first 2 and dropping the price for the other 2 lower and lower why they didn’t sell. The remaining 2 together in my section didn’t slow up! So they cost me $$$$$$$.

And the worst part? The take no responsibility, no help, no solution and blame me for the entire thing! I’m finished with STuBHuB!!!!! Never again. The made a $200 mistake and it will cost them about $5,000 yearly of my future business based on my history. Welcome to 2026! I’m going to Ticketmaster or Seetgeek for future.

We purchased two tickets for a concert in Boston. Due to a personal issue I had to cancel the trip. The StubHub recommended listing the tickets in their sales site. No news for months. Just one day before the concert they texted that someone wants to buy the tickets. I immediately went to the StubHub web page and explained them that I am going to use the tickets myself and the tickets are not on sales.

Today (one day after the concert), I was just charged for the full amount of the tickets ($360) for penalty. Penalty for what? They said I did not delist the sales. Ok I did not de-list but when they contacted me I immediately let them know that I am keeping the tickets myself. What kind of harm did I make to the StubHub? Betrayal of their sales promise to potential buyers?

If they charge this ridiculous penalty, should not they inform the customers like myself this ‘fine’ print in a more explicit way beforehand?

This is a complete rip off!

StubHub is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with as a seller. The fees they charge you if you can’t fulfill the sale is pure robbery, they charge you the full amount of the sale but yet if you fulfill the sale, you get a reduced amount because StubHub takes their fee. Worst of all, customer service isn’t willing to help you out if you make a mistake. StubHub’s practices should be illegal.

I bought a ticket here. I was not able to enter the game and the Host of the ticket didn't want to help me since the ticket wasn't on my name. After calling hundreds of times and providing thousand of screenshots i didn't get my money back.
They are scammers and be careful please. I lost a lot of nerves and money because of them!

I ordered tickets to see the Rocketts for December 5th at 7:00p.m. I received two confirmations. I traveled from Georgia with my granddaughter for this event. We went to radio city and we couldn’t get in because when I clicked on my phone for the tickets they sent me tickets for December 4th at 11:00 a.m. I wasn’t even in New York that day. I would never use StubHub again and I would advise that no one else uses them.

We traveled to Spain to see the Commanders - Dolphins game. We bought our tickets (good seats in 400 section on the 25 yard line) 4 months before the game. The game starts at 3:30 and at noon we were notified by StubHub that “ the seller did not release the tickets”
We were offered other seats - one option in the 400 section but in the end zone. With that as our best option, we choose them. It was chaotic getting into the stadium. When we finally reached the point to show our tickets, we were told the tickets are not legitimate and that “you were scammed”
We had to exit like salmon going up stream and call customer service. The game had started.
After much discussion, we were offered tickets in the top row of the stadium. We had no other option than to be ripped off by Stub hub and accept the tickets or not go to the game after traveling thousands of miles to see it.
We were o not the only ones that day that were sold scam tickets by StubHub.
Do your self a favor and do not learn the hard way like we did. Never and I mean never consider purchasing tickets from StubHub.

Concert tickets were 42 euro's but in the end I payed 72 euro's.
For payment by PayPal of ApplePay, the 72 euro's is displayed, but for creditcard payment the 'fees' are hidden until you've already paid.
It's a scam, the link came from the top Google result and looked legit, but This must be a StubHub site with the bands name BandTour2025 dot com and offered only StubHub links. Same tactic as ViaGoGo, similar scam.

If I can give zero I would what a sh*t company don’t buy tickets with them.
I bought tickets with them time of event no ticket sent and cannot enter the event. I bought new tickets at the event and entered as I had to drive 2 hours to the event and did not want to miss it. I contacted them the agent told me sorry his a refund and new ticket and voucher received none of it and I did not need the ticket as I already bought one. And still no refund for 49 days of chasing them.
