I am writing this to warn others.
I purchased tickets for an event in Köln under Viagogo’s strict "Together Rule" guarantee, which promises that tickets bought from the same listing will be seated side-by-side. Instead, we were assigned completely separate seats.
When I contacted customer support one week before the event (one day after purchasing the tickets), the communication was shocking. An agent explicitly told me that my tickets were "invalid" and that I had to wait 3 days to receive an answer: I get the money back or I get new tickets seating together.
After several calls, two days before the event an agent wrote to tell me that adjacent replacements would be sent "within a few minutes." The chat was then disconnected, no replacements ever arrived, and the next agent completely contradicted the first one. We never got an answer (neither money nor replacement tickets), we decided to travel without knowing if we would even get into the venue.
In the end, we tried the original tickets and they worked, but we were forced to sit entirely separated. Viagogo completely breached their contractual Buyer Guarantee and their support agents lied just to close the chat.

I purchased 9 tickets in July 2025. In March 2026 I received the first batch of 8 tickets and 4 days before the concert the ninth ticket. Despite the alarmist information, everything went flawlessly and the concert was epic!

The experience was very good, i will use viagogo again in the future for sure. Tickets arrived around 24h before the concert, but i guess it's standard procedure nowdays for security reasons. Other than that everything went smoothly.

BIGGEST SCAM on earth

You book a ticket for a show in your city, tickets are worth 60€ and they slam a 25€ EXTRA on top for each. I don't understand this business model that runs in many countries. Theses guys should just be ashamed

Never ever buy tickets through them. They will deliver tickets late or never and will not refund your money

On the day that I used Viagogo, it was actually a very spontaneous decision to book a ticket for Iron Maiden, who I've seen now three times since 2018 here in Hannover. It was a risk using an online company to book as I normally order way in advance. If I'm being honest, I had never heard of Viagogo before.
I was a little unsure if everything would work out because I literally ordered 5 hours before the concert started. However, everything did work out and I had a great time at the concert and I would a hundred percent use Viagogo again.

Scammers. Bought some tickets to a concert for my wife- blame is partly mine as I didn't check further down the search results- just assumed Viagogo was the ticketing company. I purchased 2 tix for 69€ and when they came, they had a sale price of 45€. So either viagogo or some other bozo bought the tickets and slapped 25€ on top of each and resold. If I had scrolled down search I would have seen plenty of tickets available from the venue. Scroll away from these scammers

I purchased a ticket in February for Bad Bunny. The seller transferred the ticket and immediately canceled the transfer. I contacted Viagogo right away, reported the issue, and provided all the evidence they requested.
After that, they never responded.

Today, months later, I contacted them again, and their solution is to ask the seller to send the tickets again. Is this a joke? The seller already scammed me once.
Viagogo has done nothing to protect me as a buyer and continues to rely on a seller who has already proven to be untrustworthy. Viagogo ENABLES FRAUD AND SCAMS.

I bought Jack White tickets, got informed two hours before the concert that the seller "can´t provide the tickets" and "the system" can´t find a replacement. Seriously annoying and deeply frustrating experience

Reliable and quick. I bought and got the tickets 30mins before the start of the concert!!

Fantastic concert & very well organized

Really bad. Got misleading information which resulted in a loss of 470 Euro. Which were not refunded. Also really unfriendly customer service.

First time using the electronic ticket worked surprisingly well, although it appeared a few days before the concert. I do not like not having a ticket in place until very close to the event, particularly an electronic one. This only offers minimal problem recovery possibilities, and hotels, travel etc have already been booked and paid for.

I bought two tickets for FC Porto against Santa Clara and I have to say thank you for making my day! It was members only event but the tickets I received worked and allowed me to enjoy the event.

Easy purchase and received the ticket on time. Support was also available when needed, recommend it!

I really enjoyed the concert and I was doubting my ticket but all worked well
