Nick Cave is one of the most…

Nick Cave is one of the most charismatic and authentic artists I have ever seen. It was my 5th concert with him; I love to go whenever the possibility.
Great experience. The German audience was more ... quiet and relaxed than in other countries but that's ok. We're all a little different.

I got tickets for BTS concert in…

I got tickets for BTS concert in Munich, both days. One was instant download that worked without problem or any waiting. The second one arrived 5 hours before the concert, got me a little worried but it worked just fine. I also called tem the prior day and the customer support rested me assured that everything would be fine and it indeed worked just fine. Of course it is pricey but I would buy again.

Perfect

I bought tickets with via gogo through instant download and my experience was flawless. I got scared with the 3.2stars, but reading the comments I saw people complaining that it was more expensive than the original price, what did they expect? Real weird

Tickets worked, process worked nothing to add

Viagogo sells invalid tickets

Bought 2 tickets for Linkin Park Munich spring 2026; bought 2 tickets for Bad Bunny Paris summer 2026 - ALL TICKETS WERE INVALID. Spent thousands of Euros on the tickets themselves, as well as flights and hotels, as well as taking time off of work, just to learn that Viagogo sold us invalid tickets. Truly awful company. Never going to a concert in Europe again, and never, ever going to the Viagogo website again. Utterly humiliating to have been scammed by them like this on multiple occasions. Please avoid.

No Tickets, Contradictory Customer Support, No Accountability

My wife purchased two tickets for the Linkin Park concert in Munich. Shortly before the concert, the tickets had still not been made available to us, forcing us to buy two replacement tickets at the last minute just to attend the event.

When we contacted Viagogo's customer support, we were told that the payment had not gone through, that the order had not been completed, and that we would not be charged. We relied on that information. Later, Viagogo simply claimed that their own representative had provided "incorrect information" and refused to take responsibility.

A company cannot expect customers to trust its customer service if it later disowns what its representatives say. Even worse, Viagogo has refused to provide the relevant chat records despite our request.

This experience cost us unnecessary stress, additional expense, and countless hours dealing with customer service. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering buying tickets through Viagogo to think twice and keep copies of every communication with the company.

They sold us invalid tickets

They sold us invalid tickets, and we were denied entry to the concert. It has been over two weeks, and we still haven't received a response to our refund request. All we get are automated replies from a virtual assistant. This is very disappointing. I would not recommend your service to anyone.

Very terrible

Very terrible. I purchased 2 concert tickets through Viagogo for €192.31, only to discover upon receiving them that the original face value was €66.36 per ticket — identical tickets still available on Eventim at a fraction of the price. At no point during the purchase was I informed that Viagogo is a resale platform or that cheaper alternatives existed on the primary market. This constitutes a misleading practice under EU Directive 2005/29/EC.
I have contacted Viagogo more than 20 times over 6 weeks via email, chat, and forms, without a single concrete resolution. Promises from the Price Match Guarantee team were never fulfilled. The concert is in less than 20 days and my case remains “under investigation.”
This is not customer service. This is a deliberate strategy of exhaustion. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Verbraucherzentrale Deutschland.

Scam

Scam. Do not use. Visiting Germany, Saw the Foo Fighters were playing. Viagogo claimed to have tickets so we downloaded the app and bought the tickets. They said they were sent. Day of the show no tickets. They said they sent them to the email on file. Nope and they will not confirm the email they sent them to. Fraud Scam
