Patrick was amazing for every step of our buying process. He helped us decide between a VA and FHA loan, braking down all the pros and cons of each. I was super anxious about being a first time home buyer, but he explained everything plainly and answered all our random questions. He also made sure we had everything we needed to close early, saving us on our closing cost. 10/10 Would recommend!

Shauna Was Great! The process was very easy on my end, she made the whole process easy and lots of communication. She closed my VA loan up in 17 days (WOW) that is fast. Her processor was amazing as well. I would recommend Shauna again.

Tyler is the best in the business!!!! I’ve dealt with him on numerous loans and refinances. At the beginning of the process, i was Issued Julio as my point of contact instead of Tyler. After a few working conversations with Julio I about stopped and went to another lender. He was for from professional and talked at me instead of to me is the nicest way i can put it. Stay Away From Julio!!!!I called Tyler to let him know my frustrations and how i was debating starting the process with another lender. He immediately took over and it was smooth sailing from start to finish! There was never miscommunication, lack of confidence or speed bumps during the process on my end. Tyler absorbed all that before it got to my level.

This was my first time working with this lender. I was pleasantly surprised by the service they provided especially by my loan officer Nicolas Clark. He was very proficient, knowledgeable and courteous during the entire process. He communicated clearly in a timely fashion and kept me updated regularly. My wife and I were able to close on our home earlier than planned. I would definitely recommend Veterans First as a lender.
