Plastic ringfree device for tinnitus

I bought a ringfree device for tinnitus. It's made of plastic made to look like metal, a very tacky looking product. It came without any instructions. It's not renewable - you have to put in a battery. I tried it on my hand and it feels like a cross between a static shock and a wasp sting. That's going nowhere near my ear. I contacted company requesting a refund but their inbox is full. This is clearly a scam. Don't buy this product!!

RINGFREE for tinnitus

I received my ringfree for tinnitus and it is not as the advert shows. It is very cheap looking and not rechargeable as advertised. I am VERY disappointed with this purchase.
