Total scam the item comes from china and is way oversized and is not a knotted cardigan its printed on material its all fake no customer services AVOID at all cost dont waste your money

Ordered two shirts and they were absolute garbage nothing like the picture. Just like two flat pieces of material cut out and stitched together. The link was in Facebook and I am sure many others are the same company. So be very wary of these especially based in China. Wont supply return address and now deleted website email address, so no way to get refund. If there was a minus star rating I would give it one SCAM!!!

Ordered what looked to be a very nice casual shirt for some £35. Several emails later advising of quality control checks and shipping delays and the passing of some eleven days, package arrived. Ye Gods, what absolute rubbish! Shapeless, tatty cheap material, unevenly dyed, felt ‘unclean’. Not worth the wardrobe space. Upon checking reviews of Marlowyork.co.uk it is becomes apparent that this organisation is a front for misleading, cheap Chinese imports. I should have done more due diligence on the company and its products beforehand. Links on emails, etc. not functioning and, given the reported experiences of others, I can’t be bothered to waste further time attempting to chase company for refund. Shirt consigned to recycling bin.

An absolute scam MARLOWYORK! I ordered and paid for summer sandals over a month ago. Many emails send to ask where is my tracking number and my goods? They then send a fake tracking number and now the store has closed down. From now on I will always check on reviews etc. BEWARE TOO MANY SCAM COMPANIES OUT THERE!

Despite confirming order and taking payment. Item was not sent. Despite various emails chasing they confirmed the item was out of stock and offered me an alternative . this took 4 weeks. Asked for a refund and said they would review my case! Still awaiting refund and in effect they have taken my money fraudulently. I am sending a County Court Summons

How they remain in business is beyond me! Their advertising is second to none online... thei la merchandise from CHINA and CHEAP nasty quality... I only got done for £34 (LUCKY ESCAPE)

This Company is a scam. I bought sandals online it said 2-3 delivery within uk. After 4 weeks I am still waiting. Why do we as customers have to pay our monies to such a poor company. Be aware DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Eventually received goods which were nothing like the advertising and poor quality. Tried to return, they refused offering a 15% refund. Referred matter to credit card company, hopefully will get something back otherwise wasted £80. Avoid. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Saw ad in Facebook, looked great, thought were a UK based company, how wrong I was....

I STRONGLY suggest that anyone that has been ‘done’ by the appalling practices of this company should report the matter to ACTION FRAUD via their website. They have the power to prevent this company from repeatedly ‘conning’ people.

My order took over a month to arrive. When I opened the package it looked completely different than the order picture . Cheap crinkled bright green fabric , the cut was a straight skirt not silk like flowy skirt olive green as the ad picture . I wrote a email requesting a refund , they didn’t respond .I was very disappointed .

Well as many others ordered from picture on supposed website item look ed really good quality, not, size was ridiculous, customer service what customer service, this company needs closing down, I was also offered the same refunds as many others here. Trading standards or someone needs to stop this and go and sort this so called company out once and for all. Do not buy anything from any online website that says Marlow York.

Absolute scam. Bought a shirt allegedly £117 reduced to £35.
Shirt delivered nothing like the one advertised and doubt if it was ever worth £20.
30 day return : when I asked to return told it costs £30 to Asia and no guarantee it would arrive.
Offered 10% refund or 50% off next purchase, just get more of the same.
Do not touch with the proverbial barge pole.

This company is acting unlawfully pretending to be in the ik. Items are not as described and poor quality. Refund address not given despite asking. They say that items must be returned to china at your significant expense and are often lost with no way to trace them.

Ordered shirt came 3 sizes to big was labelled correctly poor quality you have to pay to return £10 after many emails do not use this company scam

I cancelled my order straight away and yet it still got posted. It says you have to cancel within 12 hours so I cancelled well within this time. Now I’m bringing told it will cost too much to return my items and they will take 10% off. I don’t want them and want my money back. I’ve written so many times and not getting anywhere. Do not buy from this company. So sad to be treated so badly.

Took weeks for my trousers to arrive . Spent £56 on 2 pairs. Dreadful quality . Material very cheap and not what it looked like on website.

Item received in no way resembled the picture on the website. Cheap rubbish. The material was completely different. We submitted a customer service complaint and have not heard from them to date. Total scam.
