Sending items untracked because its too expensive!

They didn't send my package with tracking as it was 'too expensive' 3 months on and i have not recieved my package (I'm in Australia).

I have ordered from this company before and loved my keyboard but i have lost faith in this company after being told 3 different stories about my package via instagram message.

I have had to put in a dispute with my bank as they turned nasty after I told them i wasn't happy with how i was being treated :(
