Avoid - Dreadful customer service.
Ordered 2 x Polo shirts XL, I have XL Veltuff polo's and wanted some more. The new ones turned up and they were minimum 3XL and absolutely huge.
Same order, 36 waist trousers, I wear 34 waist but did read to order one size bigger. These turned up, labelled as 36 inch and I can't even get close to doing the buttons up.
So, I get sent substandard goods and ask for a refund which has been agreed BUT there is no refund on the original postage to receive the substandard goods and I have to also have to pay to send their garbage back to them!!!
Ultimately I'm now at least £12 out of pocket and have absoloutely nothing to show for it except a horrible customer service experience.
Needless to say i'll be taking my business elsewhere along with all of the other negative reviweres I guess!
