I would recommend picking up their call. They have helped me twice in reducing my energy bill, which is a big plus considering the cost now. I'm always contacted by the same person, not just an automated phone call. They have also given me a special code if I ever wanted to contact them, which is a more personal thought in my opinion.

Complete liars
They were very nice on the line when they called me proposing me to switch to another energy provider. They explained me that my current energy provider (vandebron) was not green at all, told me they had a much better energy provider from a green standpoint, and on top of that I would pay much less, based on their calculation.
Problem is that it was all a lie! I realised that the new energy provider is DRG, ranked among the worst in green energy, and I end up paying more, their calculation had nothing to do! They will lie to you for the sake of having you switch to another energy provider.
