Vapeology first opened in 2014 by owner Matthew Abercrombie. His mission was to find an alternative to smoking and to help as many people as possible quit by switching to vaping. In the early days, the media gave it a bad name, but as more testing by physicians has come about, like the Royal College of Physicians and being endorsed by the NHS, Vaping has come a long way in being the best cessation for quitting smoking. Vapeology has expanded massively, and due to customer support, we moved to a bigger store in 2019. We pride ourselves on our customer service and wouldn't be where we are today without our customers. The reviews we receive are truly heartwarming and fuel us to better ourselves every day. Thank you for all the reviews and support along the way. The vapeology family is forever growing.

Every time I visit the shop the staff…
Every time I visit the shop the staff are so helpful, no question is a silly question, they explain their answers and offer a variety of solutions. They always take their time with each customer even if there are people waiting. If a product they recommend is not on the shop floor they will take the time to go out the back and find it. They always say to come back if you are not happy and they will try something else i.e flavors of juice.

The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful, I have in the past gone to other vape shops but not now Vapeology is the place to go for anything related to vaping, I buy a certain pre-filled pod for my Elfbar/Lost Mary rechargeable vape and they will quite often put some aside for me, maybe it’s because I vape too much and therefore buy a lot from them.
