Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital 

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Kadri Ila at Vanity Clinic a month ago, and the experience was absolutely amazing!💛
From the very beginning, the communication was wonderful. I initially contacted Gizem, who was so helpful – she answered all my questions and helped me schedule everything smoothly.
When I arrived at the clinic, I was assigned a coordinator named Gozel, and she is truly a ray of sunshine! We started communicating in English, but then I discovered she speaks Russian, which is my native language. This made me feel so much more comfortable throughout the entire process.
Dr. Kadri Ila is genuinely incredible! He's such a positive and pleasant person. I felt so comfortable and calm about the surgery because of his warm and reassuring presence. He gave me complete confidence that everything would go well, and he was absolutely right.
It's only been a month, but I'm already extremely happy with the results! The entire nursing staff at the clinic was also wonderful – so kind and caring.
I wholeheartedly recommend Vanity Clinic and Dr. Kadri Ila. I'm so glad I chose this clinic and this surgeon! Thank you to everyone who made this experience so positive! 💛

I had a breast augmentation and lift at Vanity Clinic in Istanbul in October 2025, and I’m writing this review so others can make a fully informed decision.

The Good:
• The surgeon himself seemed like a genuinely nice and caring person.
• The initial consultation felt thorough, and I was told my main issues (unevenness, sagging) would be addressed.

The Reality:
• Results: Four months later, my right breast is still visibly larger and sits higher than my left. My right nipple is also noticeably bigger and lower than the left. This is exactly the kind of asymmetry and sagginess I paid to correct. I followed all post-op instructions, so this outcome is very disappointing—especially since I now need corrective surgery to get the result I originally wanted.
• Expectation vs. Reality: I was told the surgeon would remove different amounts of tissue to balance my breasts, but the result is still clearly uneven (and my photos show this). I also couldn’t get the size I wanted, and wasn’t given much flexibility or support to discuss my options after surgery.
• Communication: The surgeon was nice, but the nurse barely communicated with me during my stay, and the patient coordinator basically disappeared after the surgery. Getting answers about aftercare or even basics like post-op tape or medication was a struggle. At one point, I was messaging on multiple platforms just to get help.
• Surgery Day: Because of a delayed flight, I arrived at the hospital at 2am, was told surgery would be at 10am, and then ended up fasting and waiting with no food or fluids until 6pm. I met my surgeon at midday, but was left hungry, anxious, and completely drained by the time I finally went into surgery. This is not the level of care or support you expect after traveling abroad for a major procedure.
• Aftercare: When I developed a post-op infection and sent pictures, the responses were slow, generic, or didn’t address my concerns. I often felt like I was being ignored, and there was very little hands-on follow-up.
• Transparency/Trust: I wasn’t told until discharge that my medication wasn’t included in the price. On top of that, when I went to pay, I was suddenly missing 60 euros from the amount I’d set aside—something I later learned has happened to other solo patients too. This made me feel even more vulnerable as a medical tourist.

Final Thoughts

The surgeon seemed pleasant, but being nice doesn’t make up for a poor result and bad support. My breasts are still uneven, my main reasons for surgery were not fixed, and I now have to consider corrective surgery elsewhere.

If you’re considering Vanity Clinic, please do your research, ask for plenty of before-and-after evidence, push for clear aftercare instructions, and be extremely vigilant with your money and documentation.

I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

you took a lot of time and care on my body, and it's in the details--the fine and precise suturing, the care to make my breasts even again, the suggestion of the best implants for me, etc. Also a shout-out to the nursing staff who helped me start walking again after surgery and sent me "home" to the hotel with absolutely everything I needed, as well as the kitchen staff who provided me with the food I needed to get well again. Ohhh, and I went to get a manual lymphatic drainage from someone local here in the USA at 6 weeks post-op, and she said "This is one of the best looking surgeries I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot--I've been in the business for 18+ years. You're results look absolutely PHENONMENAL." WOW!!! That says it all.

So I’m aware that my surgery was in 2024, Trustpilot doesn’t allow you to write a review for a surgery that has happened 2 years prior. Which is ironic since it can take about 2 years to see your full results of a rhinoplasty. I don’t doubt that you have multiple happy customers. My cousin actually got her nose done at your hospital and she also wasn’t fully happy with the results but I can’t speak for her. I also already had multiple plastic surgeries that healed perfectly, even the doctor in Germany said that the healing wasn’t the problem since I’m great at taking care of it. What I’m wondering is how the doctors I had before for other surgeries were able to perform a whole gender reassignment surgery on me and I had no need for a revision, yet going out of your hospital I end up with a nose that bends to the right even tho it was straight when I went in ? Not only that but the right side of the tip of my nose is pointy and the other one is round. I was also only shown one side of my nose on the operating table post op. How do you even do that ? Whenever I go into warmer climates my nose swells up double the size and I can’t breathe. Revision surgery should be an option not a necessity. I hope you are aware that I paid good money out of my own pocket for this surgery, to go home with a nose that has barley any shape and looks even more odd than before wasn’t the plan. So yes I don’t see the need to make a follow up appointment so I can put more money in ur pockets just so you “might” be able to “fix” my nose. This has not been written with any ill intentions, yet online you’re only ever able to see super happy results, the bad ones are never shown. So this is just for people to reconsider if they truly need a surgery and be aware of the risks that they’re willing to take.

The doctor was very attentive, and I’m absolutely satisfied with the results. This is a place I genuinely recommend to everyone ✅

I had an tummy tuck and lipo procedures with Dr Cagatay.Everything went super good. He is a great doctor and very kind, talented. He is really caring his patients. I was thinking to get this operation about 10 years 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I am post op one week today and feel quite alright. Lot better than i imagined. Dr, Güray Yeşiladalı was the best doctor I could ever ask for !
First of all he gave me an eyelift, facelift and necklift and let me tell you, he did the most perfect job you could imagine ! I was over the moon happy with my results.
He is a true artist.
Furthermore, he was a very genuine and truly compassionate person, attentive and honestly I cannot shower him with enough praise.
I cannot recommend him enough.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Vanity clinic. I had a BBL and chin liposuction with Dr Mert Sizmas. He’s an amazing doctor with an amazing team! I’m so thankful to my patient coordinator İrem. She made my experience so special by supporting me and being by my side through everything. I felt like I was with one of my friends. The nurses at the hospital were absolutely incredible. They were so caring that I felt like my mum was looking after me. They constantly checked on me, making sure that I was okay. The drivers were so lovely. They didn’t make me feel bad for taking ages to get in and out of the car. They would check up on me throughout the journey to make sure I was okay. My results are everything I imagined. Dr Mert really listened to what I wanted. I am so happy and I’m so thankful that I chose vanity! Thank you all so much. You are all truly amazing

I had a very good experience at vanity clinic, everything went smoothly from the transfers to the procudure. The clinic was spotless, and i recovered very well in the hotel chosen for me. I would like to say thank you to Dr Can Zeliha for making me feel comfortable at the clinic, and thank you too all the staff that was always there to awnser all my questions. Would defonatley reccommend!

I had a rhynoplasty with Dr Cagatay on the 15th of January and had a great experience. Arrival from the UK went smoothly but took me a while to find the driver at the airport as i had no internet and so couldn't contact my patient coordinator. Was then driven to the hospital for blood tests and then taken to the hotel after that. My surgery was very early the morning after so was driven there, shown my room (Berfin was very welcoming) and taken for more tests and surgery prep. I then met Dr Cagatay for the first time and discussed the desired changes for my nose. Dr Cagatay was amazing and answered all my questions as well as taking some pictures. After surgery I was looked after by the wonderful nurses in my room and fed delicious food three times a day (i have never had food so delicious in a hospital!). I spent the night at the hospital and then I was driven back to my hotel. While I was recovering i had some questions and they were answered by the patient coordinator so i could put my worries at ease. Few days later i had my follow up appointment to remove the cast with Dr Cagatay and was very pleased with the results (although still very swollen!). Dr Cagatay gave me lots of useful post op and recovery instructions such as retainer, massage, other medication, what to do and not to do (recorded this so i wouldn't forget important stuff!) and what to expect in terms of swelling reduction timelines, appearance etc. The next day I was again picked up by the driver and taken to the airport.

I really had a good time with Vanity. Everybody was really nice and I Love the result.

Had a revision rhinoplasty back in October. My concerns being too projection and side profile. I am very happy with the results and healing so far. I traveled from the States and the whole process was very manageable. The price almost felt too good to be true but they wow’d me 😊

My surgeon, Dr. Kadri Ila, is exceptional. His attention to detail is incredible and it’s clear he genuinely cares about achieving the best possible results. Nothing felt rushed and every detail was considered.
I can genuinely say I felt safer having surgery at Vanity Clinic than I would have having surgery in the UK. The professionalism, organisation, and level of care were outstanding. I would 100% recommend Vanity Clinic to anyone considering surgery!

I had a rhinoplasty completed at vanity and my experience was awesome. My care coordinator, Aisha, was always available for any questions and concerns and I felt very well taken care of by her! She proactively reached out to ask if I had any questions or concerns, making sure she kept the lines of communication open. Dr.Kadri Ila performed my rhinoplasty and he was amazing! I showed him a few pics of the noses I liked and he was perfectly able to understand the kind of nose I wanted. Not only did he understand the nose I wanted, he gave me my dream nose! I have gained so much confidence! Lastly, my post care coordinator, Gozel, was very attentive and helpful as well! She made sure I had everything I needed post op! If you’re going to book a procedure, do it with vanity!!

Honestly think to get 5 stars everything would have needed to be perfect and that not realistic when going to another country.
I had Dr Mertsizmaz and his work is amazing !
I’m really happy with my results , I had a rhinoplasty and 360 liposuction with fat graft to the face. Yes I think I need another round but it’s because the body doesn’t keep all the fat transferred it’s no one’s fault.

I return back in April for more surgery.

I would say though Language is a huge barrier and it’s no one’s fault staff do have an app to help them but it’s not always the case.

I think along side language barrier on my night in the hospital I was left without my buzzer it was moved so I couldn’t get it meaning I had to shout for a nurse waking everyone up :/ and when I fainted the next day I had to wait 90 minutes for a drink of water ! I would say improvements is needed but it is everywhere , overall I am happy.

Post op care has actually been ok as well I’m really happy with that

I wasn't able to put the correct date because the system wouldn't let me go that far back. In October or 2023, I took my mom to Vanity to have a face/necklift, upper/lower Blepharoplasty. From the beginning our coordinator went in vacation and passed us to to someone we barely knew. The surgeon said it was a deep plane face lift. My mom has sagging, the sites of her stitches look horrendous. When vanity saw that I left a bad review, under my review, they wrote that they are currently in contact with me to resolve the situation, no one contacted me. Now I have to get the botched work they did corrected. I have videos, pictures, this is so wrong. Plz think twice before going here, we spent $9000 plus hotel and tickets to be disappointed 😞
