From start to finish this experience was highly personalised. My co-ordinator Selvi was so professional and on call as much as I needed that I was blown away. My package changed a few times and nothing was too much trouble for her. You only have 1 occasion to make a first impression and from start to finish this experience was at an equal par (if not better ) than any US / UK or European experiences I have had. My surgeon and his expertise were second to none abd the team is highly co-ordinated, polite and professional with high health care.standards. no corners were cut and I’m delighted with my results.

I had been thinking about getting my boobs redone for a while but the UK is so expensive, I spent time looking at clinics in Turkey and found Vanity. I was messaged straight away and had great communication right up until my surgery. I was really nervous as I was coming alone and with all the horror stories you hear, I’m not sure what I was expecting! I could not be happier, and I truly mean that. The whole experience was fantastic, my surgeon was brilliant and my results at 3 weeks post op are better than I could of ever imagined! I’m beyond happy with my rhinoplasty so far, and the hair transplant is looking very good as well, even though my surgeries was only three weeks ago. The service during both surgeries was amazing. They do talk a lot in turkish during the surgery (hair transplant), but it’s obviously a long surgery and I personally didn’t mind. They asked me a few times if I was ok, so maybe this is something they could check in on more 🫶 I had one night at the hospital after my rhinoplasty because I had a late appointment, and they were so amazing to me.

Overall I couldn’t be happier, I felt so safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend! My very sceptical boyfriend was also pleased and happy with Vanity.

I recently traveled to Istanbul for Gynecomastia surgery with Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

The Pre-Op Support (Sefa)
From the very beginning, my sales consultant, Sefa, was incredible. He was available within minutes for any question I had, which was so reassuring before I even left home. He was incredibly punctual with information, ensuring I had everything I needed to feel prepared and safe before my flight.

Arrival and Facilities
The logistics were seamless. The airport transfers to the clinic and hotel on time. The clinic itself is extremely clean, quiet, and modern. Despite there being about 15 other patients in the facility, the layout is designed for maximum privacy; I didn’t see anyone else the evening before or the day of my surgery. It felt like a private experience.

Surgeon and Nursing Staff
My surgeon was Dr. Selami Serhat Sirvan, who was professional, kind, and very approachable. I felt I was in safe hands from our first meeting. The nursing care was equally impressive—I felt like I had 3–5 nurses looking after me at any given time. Even with a minor language barrier, they were so kind and used translation apps to ensure we communicated perfectly.

On-Site Coordination (Gozel)
Once in Istanbul, Gozel was my main contact. Like Sefa, she was always available, caring, and professional. Whether in person or via WhatsApp during my recovery, she never made me feel like a "number." No question was too small for her, and her kindness made a vulnerable time much easier.

The Results
The surgery was quick, and the results are far better than I expected. I saw the initial results just one day later and was blown away. Now, one month post-op, the swelling and bruising have subsided, and I am thrilled with the outcome. For the first time in my life, I feel confident enough to go to the beach.

Accommodation and Aftercare
I stayed at the Mercure Hotel and highly recommend staying at a Vanity-partnered hotel. The staff understands you are a post-op patient and treats you with extra care. Having a Vanity in-house nurse visit the hotel room daily (especially in the first 24 hours) was a huge comfort. Plus, since many other guests are also recovering from various procedures, you don't feel self-conscious walking around with bandages or bruising.

Final Verdict
While surgery is always a big decision with inherent risks, my experience with Vanity was 5-star from start to finish. A special thank you to Sefa and Gozel for looking after me so well. I am so happy I chose them!

Azize was a nurse whose kindness and compassion left a lasting impression on everyone she cared for. She was incredibly loving and attentive, always treating her patients with warmth and respect. No matter how busy the day was, Azize made sure to take her time with each person, listening to their concerns and making them feel safe and understood. I LOVE HER!!!!

Minor improvements, minor defects. I payed 4k euro for it and now ill have to pay 3x of this amount to fix my nose and finish the job.

Service is terrible, they will either ignore you or gaslight into thinking "its just swelling".

They will dump you off into a hotel without even checking your state, mine couldve been fixed by a second look, but it doesnt matter as they wont fix anything anyways.

On the day of departure they forgot to send a shuttle to airport, i missed my flight.

Also so hay I called a lot that i had a personal issue that was literally not problem of Vanity and Berfin helped me a lot and support me during that days . From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. From the moment I arrived at the airport, everything was taken care of: transfers, hotel, clinic appointments… I didn’t have to worry about anything, which is incredibly reassuring when traveling abroad for surgery.

The clinic itself is beautiful. Honestly, it feels more like a luxury hotel than a medical facility. Everything is modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. You really feel that patient comfort is a priority.

I especially want to thank Nadin, who supported me throughout my entire stay. She was absolutely amazing. Always present, always available, and always reassuring. She answered all my questions, checked on me regularly, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. When you’re going through something as emotional as surgery, having someone like her by your side makes a huge difference. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made this experience much more comforting.

The entire team was exceptional: the nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgeon himself, and even the cleaning staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive.

I was operated on by Dr. Mertsizmaz, who was extremely meticulous, professional, and reassuring. You can tell he truly knows what he is doing.

I am now 2 months post-op, and I’m already amazed by the results. My scars are incredibly thin. The scars around my nipples are almost invisible, which is honestly quite surprising — it almost looks like they were never touched during surgery.

If I ever decide to undergo another cosmetic procedure in the future, I would definitely choose Dr. Mertsizmaz and Vanity Cosmetics again.

Its been like 8 days since my buccal fat removal and love the initial results so far. Dr Mert Sizmaz was my surgeon and he was great. I arrived at like 9am and was escorted to my own private room which I was really surprised about considering how small of an operation I was having done. I had to wait till like 2pm for the surgery but I could lay down on the bed and relax and I was constantly being checked in on and kept informed, it was so chilled. The hospital is absolutely spotless as well and so modern. So they collected me for surgery on a hospital bed and wheeled me down to the operating room which was great, I was so relaxed. I couldn't believe how many people were in the operating room looking after me. Its weird I didnt expect such service for such a small procedure I thought that kind of care and attention was for people having bigger operations. The surgery was over in 10 mins and I was wheeled back to my room and I was given some soup for dinner because obviously I couldn't chew. I layed there thinking all this worrying about having it done and now its done within 10mins. I felt such relief, and being in a nice comfy facility like this made it so much better. There was a slight language barrier with the nurses but they just talked on their phone and translated it to me which was nice and they were fantastic. So yeah, long story short, no complaints and 5 stars from me.

I had gynecomastia surgery 6 days ago with Doctor Baris. He performed the surgery very well as I got a sneak peak of the results straight after when changing dressings (now some swelling has begun as expected so I can't speak about final results but will update again in another 3 months) Was amazing to see a flat well shaped chest after such a long time! No Pain or any complications. He did liposuction and full gland removal. So far I would recommend him to anybody.

Honorable mention goes to my patient coordinator Murat for good communication throughout. To my Nurses Ozge, Beste and Rumeysa for taking good care of me post operation. Their attention to detail and good hospitality didn't go unnoticed.

The whole Vanity clinic is amazing. The nurses, my surgeon, ladies at the front desk, everyone ... Except the drivers 😄. Guys should realized they are driving patients, most of them after surgery. Please don't drive like crazy and please, what is more important, don't smoke in the car !!! It smells like s*it.
But anyway, the rest of staff is amazing and if you will be lucky and you got Irem as your post-op coordinator, you can expect amazing servis from her. I was the lucky one.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a lower eyelid surgery booked in for today but once I saw the surgeon I was told it could not be performed due to a sore on my lip (which is purely due to me pulling skin off my lip, I am feeling perfectly fine).
Ok, shit happens....however they kept £600 of the money I paid for admin charges, 1 night in a hotel and 2 transfers!!!! For a service that I have NEVER received. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere....These are not honest people.
