From start to finish I’ve had first class service, first I delt with Kayleigh, she was great even answered my emails at 10pm where I wasn’t expecting that what service !!
Then was past over to Steph again an absolute ⭐️ star was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble wether it was phone calls or emails, if I employed these ladies I’d be over the moon !!
So from start to finish I was more than happy with the service even down to Eddie that delivered my vehicle, unfortunately for Eddie when he left my home he was never seen again, isn’t that true Steph 🤣 !!!

Outstanding Service at a Great Price

Just leased a car through V4B. Right at the start they were exceptionally professional in being clear on delivery time expectations (no false promises to get the sale), pricing and any other questions. They were not pushy and always answered calls and emails instantly. Then during the delivery process they were simply outstanding. Impossible to fault them at all. And they were highly competitive on price. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them and will use them again. Big shout out to Stephanie and Yasmin. Many thanks!

Broker Fee Up front or they wont work with you

Bought many contract hire cars over the years but the broker fee is always taken once finance is approved and the car is ready for delivery. Not with these guys - the first thing they do before anything once you have shown interest in a car is to send you an invoice for the broker fee. Unless you pay it they wont proceed with applying for finance or getting you a car. For any reason you are refused finance or change your mind thats your £300 gone! I changed my mind as found out the car I wanted to buy had a very bad electric range they were happy to cancel the order but there was no refund of this fee. Its simple greed.

The processing fee was taken after the order form was signed, confirming your instruction for us to proceed with sourcing the vehicle and preparing the necessary documentation. Please note that finance approval is secured prior to the order form being signed; the processing fee is not required in order for us to submit or obtain a finance decision.
Once the order form is signed, the processing fee covers the administrative work, time spent securing the vehicle, liaising with the supplier, and preparing all required paperwork.
When you later decided to change your mind, we were of course happy to cancel the order. However, as the work had already been carried out, the processing fee is non-refundable, in line with the terms agreed at the point of order. We can also confirm that our account manager did their best to help find an alternative vehicle for you and continued to assist even after the original order was cancelled.
We’re sorry to hear that you feel you did not have a good experience. We understand that every customer’s expectations may differ based on previous experiences with other brokers, but our process and charges are clearly outlined from the beginning.

No after sales

My wife and I have been leasing vehicles for 12 years using various companies including V4B in the past. We decided to go with V4B with a 4 year, 40000 mile maintenance contract.
We went with a Mazda CX30, everything went smoothly and the vehicle was delivered on time, car was dirty on delivery but never complained as it had been driven over 500 miles and the V4B team had been very helpful.

Santander Consumer
The problems all started after delivery, they are impossible to get in contact with whether it’s for service, parts or MOT. I found myself constantly waiting for the calls to be answered and be told they’d nobody available to take my call and someone would call me back, which never happened.
In February this year I put a complaint forward about this communication problem and in July I received £100 compensation.
The Mazda was returned in August this year over 8000 mile under contract and what I’d say average condition for a four year old car….only to be sent a bill for £1011 for stone chips etc, After finally getting through to them after a few days trying, I suggest that if I hadn’t put the complaint in maybe I wouldn’t have received this bill.
In my 12 years leasing cars I have never received a bill after it’s been returned.

V4B as I said I had no problems with choosing the Mazda, the team at V4B or the delivery etc. The problems was with Santander Consumer…this is a company that I’d never had dealings with before…they were only introduced as a third party to me through V4B.

The sales process was all okay. The one disappointment was that the delivery/ handover did not allow an explanation of how the car works; I've spent most of today trying to work it out!
