Excellent customer care service
Excellent customer care service. Although we were promised that our care will be charged but it wasn’t. It took us lot of time to locate a charging station as we do not reside here. Ben and Omid are very good at what they do.

Came into V12 as a walk in just to have a look around and Sanya came over to help me. She was really helpful and made sure I was looked after without putting any pressure on me. She showed me around, answered my questions and made the whole experience easy. Didn’t end up buying a car this time but the service was really good and I’d definitely recommend Sanya.

Came in with my mother in law and Youssef provided great care and was very accommodating of all our requests. We went on a test drive and ended up buying the car, very happy with the service.
