Review from ceramic mug manufacturer

Dealing with Saul was a pleasure. He cut through all the jargon and got back to me with an annual saving of over €2,000. This means a hell of a lot to a small business like us which uses a lot of electricity. We have four kilns. I'll be contacting him again when my domestic bill is out of contract.

I am extremely happy with the service

I am extremely happy with the service . I was in touch over a year ago to review my electricity and Shaun very professionally me through all of the options . More importantly, a year later, he reminded me that I was coming to the end of my contract and saved me a great deal of money . I am extremely pleased with the service

Utility Fair actually use people to do…

Utility Fair actually use people to do their business.
It was a wonderful experience to actually be able to speak to someone and not a chatbot or whatever. Utility Fair did all the hard work and any questions were answered and my calls returned.

There was no pushy sales..

There was no pushy sales... information was passed to me so i could make a decision. options were given to me as i was still in contract with my supplier due to expire in a couple weeks. Several communications with ESB rates over a number of weeks with no pressure to switch. Staff were always polite, informative and answered any questions i had. Also on a number of occassions Staff called me back which made the flow of information clear and all options outlined to me. After three weeks i swithced and the process was seemless and easy!!
