Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 153 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the customer service terrible, citing a lack of human interaction, unhelpful responses, and significant issues with account recovery and technical support. People also experienced numerous problems with the games themselves, including frequent crashes, bugs, graphic errors, and unplayable titles. The Ubisoft Connect launcher was a major source of frustration, often logging users out, failing to work, and being difficult to navigate or even uninstall. However, some customers also noted that the company produces good and engaging video games, with some titles offering positive experiences.

They do not care

I bought game on Steam and they force me to download launcher? Why? If CDprojectRED can put Witcher and Cyberpunk on GOG and do not force me to download it or to log in there. Ubi do not care about you enjoying game after you buy it. You must give them your info to them and log in every single time when you want to play again and again. They do not care about customers at all and punish them for using anything but their useless barely working launcher.

TO be brutally honest

TO be brutally honest - I think they are in the deep hole as of now because they lack some ideas! All they do is make a game and call it assassins creed and add a location, it was walhalla, mirage, origins, and etc, the locations are changing but the idea is still the same! I tried mirage and it;s not bad, but make sure to develop some new games with better ideas, you can do it.

Recent experiences have been appalling

Recent experiences have been appalling. Games are trahs and customer has been worse. No soul left anymore just a company trying to make as much money as possible. Perfect example of what could have been. But of course money comes 1st second and third when it comes to priorities.

Most crazy company ever

Most crazy company ever. Just paid top dollar for a new game. They force me to use their ubisoft connect service, which does not work well. Now I am locked out my account and it is suspended and I cannot play the game. The CORE thing of the company, make a game and ensure their customers can play it failed due to all the redundant things they want to do around. Please FOCUS on the basics.

Thank you

Change of Birth Date Problem

If I have to be honest about Ubisoft, their video games have really good games but their customer support is lacking and unprofessional. They're not able help to me change my birth date due to them accusing me of fraudulent activity and account sharing when it was given to me by my father who and he doesn't care about gaming and online in general. If there's improvement give us the option to actually change our birth date and not just the emails. If this keeps up i will no longer buy games from Ubisoft due to their unprofessionalism. I have been playing ubisoft games since late 2000s and up to this year while playing on PS3, PS4 and lastly PS5.

Expedited Relationship De-escalation Program

Here to write a review on the same tone as Ubisofts massive entertainments layoff statement.

This is not a bad review.....I am simply exercising my right to participate in an Expedited Relationship De-escalation Program.

P.s. recent games have been sub par anyways. Ala skull and bones, starwars outlaws...etc

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Purchased a game that i want to redeem on their platform. I create an account as normal in my home no vpn or anything... then i get put into the US region while the game i purchased was UK region (My region). i had to email them to get it changed i couldnt change it myself. and since then it appears changed but i am still not able to redeem the game i purchased as it says its the wrong region. reaching out to their customer service and its the typical 3rd world outsourced email system when offer 0 help and just provide company provided statements. Ive been on Steam, Epic Games, BlueNet, Battle.net but i have never experienced a platform that doesnt seem to care about customer retention. i cannot redeem my game and they think i will continue and contribute to their platform?

DO NOT WASTE TIME. stick to the main platforms that know how to stream games online.

UBISOFT CONNECT IS A NIGHTMARE

Going through Ubisoft Connect is the worst thing ever. It is absolutely awful to navigate from both console and Pc and only ever comes in useful when I'm try in change my Ubisoft name. My BIGGEST issue though, is that it DOES'T let you see any of your IMPOSRTANT account info. I can't see my password or any of the exact email or phone I have it 2 step verify to. PLUS, when you do try to look at it the only option is to CHANGE or RESET your password. All I want is to be able to look at my important info without having to change it. It's been a few years since I set up the account on Xbox and now that I have a Pc, I don't remember a lot of that info but I'm NOT ALOWED TO SEE IT!

Unable to recover access to ubisoft account

As many others before me.. I have lost my access to my ubisoft account with many games purchased in the past 10 years or so. Password reset does not send link to my email address and unable to recover it otherwise. After number of email exchanges with support team I gave up. Not buying ubisoft games anymore.

One of the worst gaming companies ever

One of the worst gaming companies ever. There’s an old game called Growtopia that used to be incredibly fun, but Ubisoft has completely ruined it. The game is now flooded with bots that destroy the experience, and the new login system is a total nightmare, you keep logging in only to get disconnected again. On top of that, it’s become heavily pay-to-win, making it unfair for normal players. Ubisoft seriously needs to fix this by adding a real anti-cheat system, because right now bots can bypass everything. Until these issues are solved, Growtopia just isn’t worth playing anymore.

Terrible customer support and attitude to customers

One of the worst game companies I’ve ever dealt with.
I bought Far Cry 5 on Steam for £5 during a sale. After installing, Uplay asked me for an activation key. Steam couldn’t provide one, so they sent me to Ubisoft.

I explained everything to Ubisoft support, sent multiple screenshots proving my case, and even provided a bank statement showing I paid for their £5 game. Yet they refused to give me an activation key. They are seriously stuck on a lousy £5.

It has now been over a month and a half since I first opened the case. For the last two weeks I’ve been writing to them asking for any update, but there has been no response at all.

Avoid them if you can. Maybe buy only if the game is extremely cheap, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. By far the worst support I’ve ever experienced company ever.
