I bought a monitor from what appeared to be a German website. The listing gave the impression that delivery would take only three days. After I placed the order, I discovered that the monitor was actually being shipped from China and that delivery would take more than two weeks.

I wanted to return the monitor, which is my legal right. Instead of giving me proper return instructions, they offered me 50 dollars extra, but even that was not handled properly. This seemed very suspicious to me.

When the monitor arrived, I found that the quality did not match the description at all. In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy company. They do not seem to have a proper address in Germany, and they also do not provide a telephone number.

Please be careful. I have still not been able to return the item because they have not given me any return shipping information.

Very friendly and prompt customer service

This was the first time I ordered something with UPERFECT. The 19inch 4K 144Hz portable monitor is really a good monitor. Ticks all the boxes i was looking for. Portable, Nice colors and 4k resolution with 144Hz is really amazing! I would definitely recommend this product.

UPERFECT has been a great brand in my experience. The product quality is solid, and everything works as expected. What stood out the most, though, was the customer support — fast, helpful, and genuinely focused on solving the issue. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely consider buying from them again.

Having a Uperfect FlipGo pro 16 inch for 2 years; I am very happy with it on the use for trading, the finish of the chassis, the protection for different movements in the teens bag, the support provided for the table or office in hotels but also with the attached products in very practical magnetic Vesa at home. The image quality in 2.5k has a good display with the matte screen. Can't wait to have the Uperfect Omega in 22 inches that will be released in 2026

Bought a monitor and a u-shaped mini HDMI adapter. The adapter wasn’t working properly so I reached out and within a few days of troubleshooting I was shipped another adapter with no more issues. Great product and service was great.

I bought two screens a month ago (Delta Pro Touch 16" and UTouch G16). Before purchasing, I reached out for advice but was completely ignored.

After I paid, the nightmare started. It took two weeks of painful communication to learn that neither screen was actually in stock, despite being listed as "available" on the website. One is even discontinued and will never be shipped.

I requested a refund two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my money. The second screen hasn't arrived either.

My advice: Do not buy directly from their website. It is unreliable. If you want their products, go through a third-party reseller like Amazon who actually respects delivery times and customers. I cannot comment on the product quality yet, but the buying experience is a disaster.

After ordering several days ago and asking a question about the tactile model or not, I still have no service sent. They answer once a day.

Very high quality monitors. Light and portable. Ideal for travel. I have the K118 and it is perfect for on the go!

I initially thought there was a problem. Stella helped me determine HDMI wouldn't carry the signal. Once I connected with Thunderbolt 4
I was thrilled to have a higher pixel density than an Apple Studio monitor. I saved $1700. and received a product that works much better for my needs. The A19 and an iPad 11 are the same height, with DuetDisplay I like the flexibility.

Easy order process and great communication! I ordered two Apex 19" monitors, and couldn't be happier. Quality of the product more than surpassed my expectations. I contacted customer support before making the purchase to ask for some information, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Their answers were clear, precise, and thorough, which gave me confidence to proceed with the order.

Update: After some difficulty obtaining the product I was interested in due to it being out of stock, I finally managed to get it (UColor Apex – 19-inch 4K UHD QLED 144Hz monitor).

After nearly a month of use, I can say that, so far, the product is solid and performs well.
I mainly use it connected to a PS5 for FPS games. While it’s not suitable for competitive play due to the 9 ms input lag, it’s an excellent compromise for achieving 120 FPS at 4K, even when away from home.

The design and build quality are excellent. The price is high for this type of product, but for those who, like me, need a portable display with these features, it’s currently the best option available on the market.

I am about to buy a Uperfect product because after a long search I found it that is the best from every point of view.
