They do not over complicate the…

They do not over complicate the process, sign up is relatively easy, and the staff are willing to help, with any problems. The website offers a pleasant experience, and is easy to navigate.

Wasted weeks, couldn't set up account

Waited weeks and weeks after setting up account, sent the documents, sent more documents, never even got to deposit. No emails, no contact, just a waste of time.

Confiscated winnings for no reason…

Confiscated winnings for no reason overall I actually lost 11.63 I deposited 255 over a month when I eventually won they confiscated the winnings with no explanation. Holding money for upto 8 weeks whilst I fight to get it.
