Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers encountered significant issues with their orders, frequently reporting problems with order fulfillment or items delivered with security tags still attached, making them unusable. People also expressed widespread dissatisfaction with the delivery service, citing extreme delays and problems with couriers, often requiring them to stay home for extended periods without receiving their parcels. Furthermore, the customer service was consistently described as unhelpful and difficult to reach, with many struggling to get assistance or resolve issues. While some customers found the product quality to be exceptional and were satisfied with their purchases, a notable number of people reported poor quality, with items pilling, fading, or falling apart after minimal wear. Some reviewers also mentioned receiving incorrect sizes or experiencing issues with product design.

No communication, no refund

You’d think a well known brand such as Under Armour would be bothered about their poor feedback on Trust Pilot. I’m amazed at their poor communication! I didn’t think to look on Trust Pilot because it’s ‘Under Armour!’
They received my return 11 working days ago, no refund, no communication when emailing, telephone number doesn’t work. They say on their website it can take 21 working days to get a refund! Why? It shouldn’t! I don’t think i will get me refund of which i will escalate.

Impossible to contact

Impossible to contact. My return seems to have disappeared - I used the label supplied but nothing. They don't respond to messages and their phone number doesn't seem to be manned. Don't order if you think you're going to have to send something back.
UPDATE - so someone has finally contacted me (maybe they read my review?!), but like most of the other negative reviews it appears that most of the blame could lie with Under Armours incompetent courier company DHL, and UA don't really care or want to do anything about it. My return has gone AWOL - apparently it's never been logged on the system so god knows where it is. UA's solution is for me to go and search for it in the shop I dropped it off at. Just think if you're on a online company receiving dire reviews about about your delivery and returns service, maybe you want to change your provider? For any customers - think twice until they use someone more reliable.
Further Update - as expected the parcel miraculously turned up and I got a full refund about two months later. Maybe they need to start taking customers word for it?

“They take absolutely no responsibility for the stuff they manufacture – not even the warranty if you buy it somewhere else. Pretty disappointing for a company like that.

Security tag left on school bag - No response to calls or emails

Order number: UKIE-02988602
I am writing this review as a last resort to get a response. I ordered a bag for my child’s return to school, but it arrived with a security tag still attached, making it completely unusable.
I have attempted to call the number listed on Google multiple times, but it fails to connect. I also submitted a formal enquiry form on January 2nd explaining the urgency, and I have heard nothing back. My child has now returned to school without the item he needed. The lack of customer service and the inability to reach a human being is deeply frustrating. Please contact me immediately to resolve this.

Order lost by Company

I had placed an order from their website on 22/12/25 with expected delivery before Christmas.

I did not receive any package update and on 27/12/25 received an update saying the product has been dispatched for arrival on 30/12/25.

On 30/12/25, nothing came and the update said that the courier has not picked it up. I had to contact the courier company where I got to know the product had never been dispatched to them.

I reached out to customer service where they then identified the product was lost during the process and it wouldnt have been notified to customer unless I had asked!

Whats shocking is that such a big company and the logistics are horrible. Talks about how the Company operates and how their internal controls are! So much hassle for no reason and wouldn't have known unless asked for!

Couple of suggestions to the so called management!

1. Stop thinking about revenue and more about people and your top line ans bottom line will show results!
2. Improve controls and instances like these will not occur.
3. Tell customers if there have been a problem. Makes you look bad but atleast it shows you as transparent.
4. Provide a solution, don’t be silent! Even if it means a few extra £’s spent!

Lastly, thanks to Marco (agent) who has been helpful, hence 1 star. For the company - you need to step up!

Will not ship in time for Christmas

I ordered an item from Under Amour online just after midnight on 12-19-25 so they had all day to process and have picked up. As of 12-23-25, and two phone calls later, the item is still waiting for the carrier to pick it up. This is coming from the Baltimore facility and I am 30 minutes away. They won't let me come and get it and, for some reason, they've chosen not to ship it. I could have had this three times already!

Takes no responsbility for delivery and breaks EU consumer laws

Under Armour does not take responsibility for delivery. Therefore, if your parcel is delivered incorrectly by the carrier (i.e to an insecure location or wrong address) they take no responsibility for it (despite it being their responsibility under E.U law).

This means you can end up in a scenario where you order €200+ of items from them, they get delivered somewhere inappropriate and stolen. Despite it being **entirely** their responsibility to ensure safe delivery of the parcel, they completely disregard it, break the law and provide no resolution. Leaving you stranded. They have lost three customers for life.

Wrong shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes and received a completely different model than the one I purchased. Customer service was very poor and unhelpful, and after three weeks with no proper resolution, I had to handle the situation myself and return the shoes.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. My advice is to shop in physical stores instead.

Terrible End-to-End Online Shopping Experience

I bought a shoe online for my son on 12/1. I was informed that it would be delivered on 12/10. Today is 12/11. I checked online for the order status and tracker. It was still informing it would arrive on 12/10 (yesterday). I then decided to contact them. There are several AI hurdles that you need to navigate through to get to some info. I got an update saying that it will arrive tomorrow (12/12). Then I decided to contact them over the phone. Another AI agent picked up the call and, this time, I was informed that the order is expected to arrive between 12/17 and 12/18. I was given conflicting information. Then I asked to speak with a live agent. After confirming my identity, the agent repeated everything that is already online. I informed him that the AI voice assistant provided different information then the one on the online order tracker. He said he doesn't know what AI did or said, as he can only say what he knows (!?!?!?). I told him that I would expect Under Armour AI bots and live agents to have access to the same databased and information, hoping that they had minimum control and governance over their data, customer orders and more. The agent informed that maybe something happened with the carrier or the order, but he doesn't know. I said I would still want to receive the product I bought, but kindly asked him to confirm the expected delivery date for me to set my expectations. He just couldn't confirm and said he does know know what UA's AI bot said or where the information came from. He also doesn't know what the real status is with the carrier. No ownership, no responsibility, complete lack of proper governance and customer service. This was the first time I tried to buy something from Under Armour online and it will surely be the last one.

I placed an order for some winter boots…

I placed an order for some winter boots and received at estimated delivery date of Friday December 5th, then a new update of Saturday the 6th, then Monday the 8th, now it says Tuesday the 9th, today is Tiesday the 9th, 8pm. The package is in a local facility for the last few days with no movement. In today's market, that signals a problem. I assume that it is lost and not coming. My husband needs winter boots for work,so I just need to.know if I need to look for another product. I called customer service, of course spoke to someone off shore, who I could barely hear. She followed her scripts carefully, as expected. No solutions or explanation offered. No way to escalate or speak to management, who could have a conversation and deviate from scripts. The only thing she said multiple times was to call back tomorrow. I would expect them to reach out to their delivery company, their vendor, to follow up with what the issue could be. Before I could cancel, she hung up on me. Not a good experience. I assume that the vendor choice is the most cost effective for UA, but a terrible experience for their customers.

UA dont stand behind their customers

I bought running sneakers. 5 months later the lining is all ripped causing bad cuts and sores on the back of my foot. Called to get replaced. Could not replace because they didnt have my size. I asked for a different shoe and was told they could only replace with the same sneakers. How can they replace with same sneaker if not available. Never had running sneakers fall apart that fast. Other companies like Nike and Brooks I always buy never had issues like this. I did one time nd they sent me a different pair of sneakers because the original ones were not available. UA can take a lesson from the other companies. I won't be buying anything from UA again. Terrible service for their customers

Parcel not received

Under armour use DHL as their delivery company. My parcel has now allegedly been out for delivery on four different days; but never arrived. Today I got to being the next delivery on the tracking app and then it just went blank! I’ve had to stay in for 4 days as the email says the parcel must be signed for. I appreciate this is potentially DHL rather than Under armour but I contacted Under armour two days ago and have had no response. I’ve given up hope of receiving my parcel and it’s looking unlikely that I’ll receive any contact from Under armour. I just wish I’d read other peoples’ reviews before placing my order.

600 euros stolen and no one cares

I made a purchase in july for ~1600 eur and returned most of the items (there were a lot) a week later as I planned to choose only a couple of outfits. To my surprise I received 800 eur instead of 1400.

UnderArmour claimed that they reimbursed the items they received and there was nothing else.
They didn't open an investigation case with DHL, whom THEY hired and whose return label THEY gave me. They did NOTHING.

Just said that it's not their problem that I have -600 euros in my bank account.

The order was made from Spain

Terrible and restrictive return policy

Terrible and restrictive return policy! Customers are forced to use only one specific courier and one specific return method, otherwise the return is simply rejected. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the customer is paying for the return shipping themselves.

The return label provided does not allow all necessary information to be added, which creates real concern whether the parcel will even reach its destination.

When I contacted customer support by phone, I was told that because I purchased from their online store, I automatically accepted their return conditions and that they see no problem at all.

This whole process does not feel transparent. It gives the impression that the company is looking for any excuse to claim that the return was done incorrectly, rather than genuinely supporting the customer through the return.

If a company pays for return shipping, they may set its own rules. But when the costs are forced onto the customer, the customer should absolutely have the right to choose a trusted and reasonably priced shipping method. This experience shows zero flexibility and very poor customer service.
