Don’t buy

I bought an UltraHuman ring in January of 2025. Ring worked great at first, but so short lived. My primary reasons for wanting a ring was to track my sleep due to chronic insomnia. In September, I stopped wearing my ring due to being postpartum and not sleeping well (too depressing to see sleep scores of 12).

In January, I started using my ring again but pretty immediately started experiencing issues. Ring charge would not last, updates would not sync, data was missing. I reached out via the app on three separate occasions with no response.

Finally reached out via email and was asked to try a bunch of things. None of this worked in fact the ring got worse with the resets I was asked to perform. Now my ring is completely unusable. The data that it presents, if any is completely made up (states I am sleeping from 2pm-8pm, etc).

After all of this and months of back and forth, they say that my warranty is now no longer valid and they now state there is nothing they can do. They recommended that I could purchase the pro.

All in, I got 9 months of use ring. Not willing to invest another several hundred dollars on a ring that doesn’t last.

Ring failed in 20 days. Nearly a month later, still no replacement in hand.

I purchased the Ultrahuman Ring AIR in Geneva in May 2026. I started using it on May 4th. On May 24th — after less than 20 days of use — the ring completely stopped working: it lost signal at 30% battery, refused to charge (only showing a blinking light), and never reconnected to my phone. This is a documented, recurring hardware issue across Ultrahuman's user base.
Here's the timeline that tells you everything you need to know about this company's support:

May 24: Ring dies
May 25: I first reported the issue
June 1: I sent a formal complaint email demanding a replacement
June 1: Their response? "The battery drain reset is still in progress — please wait and contact us again." The ring was already completely dead. This response served only to delay my case.
June 4: After days of waiting, they finally confirmed the replacement
June 15: They informed me the replacement will be dispatched between June 19–21
No estimated delivery date to Brazil was provided

That means I will have gone nearly two months without a functioning product that I paid a premium price for — in Brazilian Reais, a very significant financial investment.
The product quality is unacceptable. The support process is slow, bureaucratic, and designed to exhaust the customer. If you live outside of Europe or the US, expect even less accountability. As a Brazilian customer, I was essentially on my own.
Do not buy this product if you live outside their core markets.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Don’t waste your money. Got the ring as a Christmas present and everything was going well until the ring’s battery would drain within a matter of hours after being fully charged and then eventually it wouldn’t charge at all. Wasn’t rough on the ring, don’t even do sports and didn’t even take it into the shower or wash my hands with it. When I contacted customer service they tried to tell me that there was nothing they could do and I’d have to buy a new one even though it was less than a year old. I told them there wasn’t anyway I was paying for a new one, especially since it was less than a year old, and they needed to fix it, so they sent me a new one. However, I placed an order with them for a ring accessory stack to go with my smart ring. That was on April 25th. It’s now June 14th and I still don’t have that order. I’ve reached out to customer service several times but they take weeks to actually answer and when they do they give vague answers telling me that I’ll be sent my tracking information “soon”. No clear answers or deadlines. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the trouble and buy an Oura Ring instead.

Unreliable and Frustrating

Completely unreliable information. Battery life is less than advertised. The customer service is literally just a bot that keeps wanting to drain my battery then reset the ring. I’m TTC and hoped this ring would be an asset, but it’s causing more anxiety than it should. 80% of the time it doesn’t read my body temperature, so it doesn’t collect enough data to confirm ovulation. The bot says that if this battery drain and reset doesn’t work, I’ll get a new ring, but after constantly draining and resetting, what is supposed to make this the magical time that’s different??? I’m beyond frustrated with this product and its lack of performance. Only purchase this ring if you like the way it looks, because it’s purely ornamental.

Don’t honour their warranty

Bought the ring. Registered it, took out Ultrahuman X membership. Ring failed after less than six months and they decline to replace because it wasn’t purchased direct from them.

Nowhere in the T&C does it mention this exclusion, they are just breaching their contract unilaterally at will,

Bunch of crooks, buy an Oura or similar and steer well clear of this dodgy shower of thieves.

It wasn’t bought pre-owned per their statement below. It was new, still shrink wrapped and unregistered. They then charged me £37 to extend the warranty they refuse to honour.

Left if with Amex to sort out for me.

Loss of connection and inaccurate data, terrible customer service

I bought the Ultrahuman Air primarily to track my sleep, so data accuracy was the single most important feature for me. Unfortunately, my experience has been so poor that I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

From the beginning, I started noticing data that was clearly inaccurate. The most serious issue was that the app itself would show that the ring had lost connection for several hours during the night, yet it still displayed detailed REM and deep sleep metrics for those exact periods. If there was no connection and therefore no data being collected, where did those sleep stage values come from? The only conclusion I can draw is that the app is estimating—or outright inventing—data.
There were also many occasions when I knew for a fact that I had been awake during the night, yet the app showed that I had slept peacefully without interruption. After digging deeper and investigating the issue, I found that these periods often coincided with connection losses. That completely destroyed my confidence in the reliability of the data.
After only two months, my original ring had to be replaced. I assumed I had simply received a defective unit. However, just one month after receiving the replacement, I experienced exactly the same issues: connection dropouts, inconsistent readings, and sleep data that simply could not be trusted. At that point, it became clear that this was not an isolated hardware problem but a recurring issue with the product itself.

To make matters worse, customer support has been even more disappointing this second time around. Responses take much longer than the timelines they promise, and as I write this review, I am still waiting for my refund. The only solution they offered was yet another replacement, but after two devices showing the same problems, I have absolutely no confidence left in either the product or the company behind it.
If you are considering buying the Ultrahuman Air to track your sleep, think twice. A sleep-tracking device is only as good as the accuracy of its data, and in my experience, the data is not trustworthy. When an app reports REM and deep sleep stages during periods where it explicitly acknowledges that it had no connection to the ring, all credibility is lost.
I purchased this product because I genuinely needed reliable sleep tracking. Instead, I received unreliable data, two faulty devices, and a frustrating customer support experience. I would not buy anything from this company again.

Absolutely shambles

I ordered my ring in August 2025 and also paid for the two-year insurance policy. Since then, I have received three replacement rings and am now in need of a fourth replacement. Having to replace the same product four times in less than ten months is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of reliability.

As a result, I requested a full refund for the ring, the insurance policy, and the additional power plug I purchased, as I no longer have confidence in either the product or the service provided.

I first contacted your team over two weeks ago regarding this refund request. Despite your stated four-day response timeframe, I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I have already provided and confirmed my bank details, yet I was subsequently asked to verify them again. I had checked these details carefully before submitting them initially, so this unnecessary repetition has only caused further delays and frustration.

At this stage, I expect this matter to be treated as a priority. Please process the full refund without any further delay and provide written confirmation that this has been actioned. If there are any genuine issues preventing the refund from being completed, I expect a clear explanation and a realistic timeframe for resolution.

The prolonged lack of communication and repeated delays have been extremely disappointing. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter and a prompt response confirming that my refund is being processed.

Honestly, don’t even bother with Ultrahuman and go for an Oura..

Still waiting for replacement ring after 2 months...

I have been trying to get an issue resolved since April 2026. My ring was purchased in February of is not working and they tried to troubleshoot it multiple times and realized that it doesn't work, so said they would send me a replacement ring and I am still trying to get that replacement ring. It is well under their 1 year warranty, not to mention that I purchased the 2 year warranty that they pushed for $54.00!! I have been getting the runaround and more runaround from their customer service. All chat bots telling me that my concern has been flagged and that someone will get back to me within 48-72 hours. It is unacceptable.

I guess I’m not alone - REPLACE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Ring is AWESOME, great and tracks everything you need. It’s light and very comfortable. Until you started to have battery and sync issue. As other review here says, they keep asking you to do the same - reset, update firmware- make sure it charging, etc. endless loop slow response. And FYI- I even purchased the extended warranty with replacement included. Been happening for few months on my issue, my tickets been open for 14 days.

Instagram support is perfect

Instagram support is perfect. Very efficient and truly attentive to the request.

On the app, depending on the version, it can be hard to find a not AI support for specific issues.

But UH is really paying attention to the feedbacks so I think they’re doing everything they can to improve their service!

Terrible product that doesn't work

Terrible product that doesn't work at all, and terrible customer service.

I paid for the protection plan that is supposed to give you better support and insurance against anything going wrong with your ring. My ring hasn't worked properly since I got it, I tried to open tickets to fix it, but their "AI" has no "I" in it and keeps looping the same 4 questions again and again with no action. I can't get a person to respond to me or even talk to me. I even emailed them, they replied asking if they can call me to fix the issue, I replied back 4 times to tell them yes you can call or email or text or do anything, and again no response to all four of my replies.

There is also no way to file a claim using teh extra protection I bought, you have to do through the AI which just loops around and does nothing.

This is looking very much like fraud, and I'm considering filing a fraud claim with whatever authority in the UK deals with these things.

What an awful experience and awful company. If anyone reading this is considering buying this useless thing, don't. Go buy an Aura ring, my friend has one and it’s been flawless for 2 years.

after 3 weeks of "our tech team is looking into the issue", I got a response saying "thank you for your feedback we will use it to improve the product in the future" which is not only an admission that the current product does not work or do what it says it does, it also attempts to avoid responsibility for a refund despite the fact that I'm within the return period and also purchased the protection plan. So that just confirms that this is a total scam, both in product and service.

This is a terrible company to work…

This is a terrible company to work with. The customer service and the response times are terrible. The response times on Support request is 3 to 4 days and they don’t respond on any subsequent emails to update or notify customers of what is happening on the support request?. the application is terrible to work with after receiving the sizing kit. I was not able to upload my ring size and the color I wanted, and I had to contact Support for this which took 3 to 4 days to respond. The ring is also not provided off the shelf and goes through production line which adds another 6 to 8 days before the ring is shipped.

After 20 days - still no ring

I ordered an Ultrahuman Ring with high expectations based on the product's reputation and features. Unfortunately, my experience with the company was so poor that I canceled the order before ever using the product.

The issue was not the ring itself, it was the complete lack of communication and customer service throughout the entire process.

After placing my order, I waited for more than 20 days without receiving meaningful updates. During that time:

• I received no proactive communication regarding delays.
• I was not provided with tracking information.
• I had to repeatedly contact support myself to find out what was happening with my order.
• At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, acknowledge the delay, or take ownership of the situation.

As the days passed without updates, my confidence in the company steadily declined. By the time I requested cancellation and a refund, I had already decided that I no longer wanted to do business with a company that communicated so poorly with its customers.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the timing. After I sent a message demanding cancellation and an immediate refund, the package suddenly appeared at my doorstep, and only then did I receive a response asking me to confirm delivery.

To me, this felt entirely reactive. If the order was ready to ship, there was no reason I should have been left in the dark for weeks without tracking information or status updates.

I cannot comment on the quality of the ring because I never used it. However, I can comment on the customer experience, and it was one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have had.

The problems did not end there. Even after deciding to cancel, I had to follow up multiple times regarding the refund process. Throughout the entire experience—from order placement, to shipping delays, to cancellation, to refund, I was consistently the one chasing information. The company never once demonstrated proactive communication or a genuine concern for the customer experience.

Delays happen. Supply issues happen. What customers expect is transparency, communication, and accountability. In my case, there was none.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Ultrahuman.

Terrible customer service, I have a 2 year warranty on my ring, reached out because my ring kept dying every 24hrs and I was told I would be sent a replacement, I have been getting no follow up. The new AI customer service sucks, can’t get to speak to a real agent, I would not recommend purchasing. This will be my second replacement.

DO NOT BUY THIS RING AT ALL

DO NOT BUY THIS RING AT ALL. I have purchased this ring around a year ago and I still remember the ring stopped connecting within a week after the purchase, yes within a week. They have given me a replacement instantly, no complaints about it. Now, all of a sudden my ring has stopped connecting to the app since april, and have been trying to get a human interaction on the support until now. Yes, you heard that right, there is absolutely no human on the support and the bot just tells you that you need a battery drain and all that BS which never happens until a human does it.

The funny part is that the BOT has told me that the warranty is now ended and as a goodwill they will still provide a replacement on it. Bro your support was shit since my problem started and now you show me that you're doing a favour?

I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company and I will also go beyond this is this issue isn't fixed. Start hiring real people for the customer care.

I purchased my Ultrahuman Ring a couple of years ago. What the ring offers is wonderful but what they provide, not so much. The battery life is great for the first 6 months after that you may get about a days life. This defeats the purpose when it comes to using the sleep functionality. I believe that I have had my ring replaced 3 times because of defects. I am now on a request for the 4th for problems with connection. The customer support response is the worse. I am still waiting on a response from a message sent on June 2nd. I would think that the bugs would have been worked out at this point. Brenda

Silence from support while I have to wear sensor I cannot connect to the app

I had a very disappointing experience with this product and its customer support.

My original M1 CGM sensor was defective and did not provide real-time glucose tracking as advertised. Instead, I had to manually scan it constantly. After contacting support, they acknowledged the issue and sent me a replacement sensor.

Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When I attached the replacement sensor, the app refused to activate it unless I purchased another subscription. This was despite the fact that the replacement was issued because the original product had failed.

I contacted support again through the app and waiting for the respond for the 3rd day, leaving me wearing an inactive sensor for three days with no way to use the service I had already paid for.

The hardware issue was frustrating enough, but the lack of customer support and the inability to quickly resolve a problem caused by the company made the experience much worse. I expected a simple replacement process, but instead I was left without a working product.

I hope the company improves its customer service, because right now I cannot recommend it.
