The only good thing about U Location is the cost, but of course there are some hidden costs later.

Every part of the experience was bad, apart from booking it. Whilst I have plenty of small complaints about the process and paperwork, ultimately when you get fined for it not being clean enough, for it being late (when you returned the car on time, but they refused to take the key from you and forced us to come back the next day), for too many km (I had the car for a month and barely used it). To top it off, they are rude, and then told me that we were in breach of trust for leaving the car in their parking lot when they refused to take the keys from me!

J'ai pris possession d'une voiture pleine de gouttes d'eau perlées le matin et n'ai pu vérifier si il y avait des rayures ? A la restitution , attention la note à payer . Un devis incontestable du carrossier local : le piège s'est refermé ! j'avais demandé une contre-expertise mais j'ai abandonné : le prélèvement avait été effectué . Je boycotterai le magasin : j'ai beaucoup de possibilités alentour !
