Order placed at 8.30am ish and I had tracking number by 8.48am on the Friday and was delivered by 10am on the following Tuesday.
Can't fault them, got all flavours asked for and a bonus of one of the flavours ordered come with a battery - can only assume it was because you had ran out of the pod and no extra charge. Thank you very much for that, 100% amazing customer service; and will definitely be ordering again this month only double as my son will be getting from yourselves going forward to.

Hidden Gems..
I’ve been using UK Vape World for the past 4–5 months now, ordering roughly once a month, and they’ve been consistently great. Delivery is always quick and reliable and I have only had one issue, but that was down to DPD, not them.

Regarding your order, the missing item was out of stock and was refunded prior to dispatch, with a confirmation email sent to you before delivery. The remainder of your order was sent to avoid further delay.
We understand your frustration, however:
• You were not charged for any items you did not receive
• The order was partially fulfilled and the rest refunded accordingly
